City Xiyouli Monkey King Hotel（Hangzhou West Lake）

Great location to stay in Hangzhou. This hotel is the subsidiary of Zhejiang hotel. Both hotels are under the same building. Hotel locations are good nearby to Wulin night market and also the xihu area to get around. There's also a metro just outside the hotel. The front desk is also very service oriented and also very responsive to the WeChat hotline provided to you when you reach the hotel. ******* and taobao deliveries are also supported by this hotel.

Booked this hotel after reading positive reviews and was intrigued by the theme (monkey king) and location which was quite near to west lake. Exceeded expectation on the foĺlowing: 1. Check-in was smooth. Encountered friendly and personalised service from the hotel staff, esp 小周，小张 ＆ 小熊. They initiated wechat conversations which contained recommendations on where to go, what to eat and transport options. Questions asked in the chat were also answered promptly. Very helpful for first-time visitors. 2. Room was clean and really huge for my family with young children. Appreciated the space for our rest, luggage and for kids to move around. 3. Night market and foodcourt was just behind the hotel. 4. Breakfast spread was good and the restaurant staff were also very nice. Highly recommend this hotel 👍 (Nana)

Good location, friendly staff, clean & spacious room. They do have resting area which can have more families to connect and play games or read books. Family room do have nice bunk bed which kids love their stays in Hangzhou.

Had a very pleasant stay in xiyouli. Felt taken good care of and help staff like 张会敏 answering all my requests and queries. AI assistant in room and robot delivering my ******* are splendid. Will come back again!

Clean hotel. Good service at reception by xiaofan and kind housekeepers. Excellent location with walking distance to night market and subway. Enjoyed my stay here.

Super spacious! Good for families with young kids, there are also some free-to-take goodies/ amenities in a common area on the hotel room floor which includes free flow coffee machine, ice maker, hot tea options, small sweets/ choco for the kids and even board games, books, toys and even makeup remover. Breakfast spread is good. There is even a fruit juicer - for you to blend your own juice. About 8 to 10 minutes walk to Wulin Night Market. This hotel is located within Zhejiang Hotel, with City Xiyouli being branded as family hotel while Zhejiang feels more like a business hotel. There is free self service laundry as well.
