The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable; as a normal sleeper, I actually got a great night's rest. The air conditioning was also very pleasant, and the design was extremely user-friendly. Service was lightning fast – I asked for an extra blanket in the middle of the night, and it arrived within two minutes. You can also store your luggage for free after check-out. The hotel gym is very convenient, and the laundry and drying facilities are also a great plus. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable temperature, air conditioning, and even underfloor heating. The breakfast offered a good variety. The service was warm and attentive. The laundry room was very convenient and the facilities were clean. The hotel room itself was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. There's a balcony outside the room, and stepping onto it gives you the feeling of a misty江南 (Jiangnan) landscape. The hotel is located within a park, making it very quiet. There's a bus stop nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The price is reasonable, and I'll definitely choose Yinhu Yunshe again next time I'm in Hangzhou.
