I was very satisfied with the room amenities. Haidilao is right next door, which makes dining incredibly convenient. Plus, they provided a selection of four pillows, both soft and firm, so I could choose what suited me best. The staff were also very helpful. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time. Even food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot, which is super convenient and offers a great sense of privacy.

__CFT010000001607****The location is super convenient! This trip to Hangzhou, I brought my son to the provincial children's hospital. It's very close to both in77 and the hospital, which was really handy. They even upgraded us for free to a twin room so we could push the beds together for my son to sleep in the middle, which was incredibly thoughtful. Room service was also spot on when we called in the early hours – hats off to them! The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the room was very clean. It was also surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. A really great experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Ddimple1212I took my elderly mother to visit West Lake over the weekend and chose this resort right by the lake. It turned out to be an incredibly worthwhile choice!
We arrived on Saturday midday and could check in immediately. It was too hot to venture out for lunch, but thankfully, the resort offered a buffet with a wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes. The value for money was absolutely outstanding!
After a fulfilling meal, we enjoyed a relaxing nap. When we headed out to West Lake in the evening, it wasn't too hot and wasn't crowded. Walking around the Broken Bridge (Duanqiao) and heading back to the resort just as darkness fell, we felt perfectly refreshed, not tired at all. Grabbing some snacks nearby perfectly rounded off our day!
The breakfast spread the next day was also incredibly generous!
While the resort's underground parking lot was on the smaller side, we always found available spots. There aren't many EV charging stations on the ground level, but every time I passed by, they were unoccupied. Seeing the 20 RMB/hour parking rates elsewhere instantly made me appreciate how valuable the convenient parking here was! The service was also superb – they were incredibly responsive to every request!
The rooms deserve even more commendation – they were spotless and bright! Stepping into the room, a faint, pleasant floral scent immediately greeted us, which was incredibly comforting. You can even call for a golf cart to shuttle you between buildings. All in all, I highly recommend this place, especially for elderly guests – it offers truly exceptional value!

GGuest UserI used to worry about staying in a hotel for too long and having old facilities. This time, because I had to stay in Fuyang, I chose to stay in Fuchun Resort. Although the room is a bit small, the environment is quiet and elegant. As soon as I opened the door, I was surrounded by the natural atmosphere. The landscape of the small courtyard is very good. The best thing is that the humanized service is so good. The whole experience of staying is super considerate. Jojo always keeps a warm and sincere smile from enthusiastic check-in to patiently answering questions. The meticulous and thoughtful service makes people feel comfortable, and you can feel the heart everywhere. Whether it is a leisure vacation or a short break, this is an excellent choice. I am already looking forward to coming to Fuchun Resort next time to experience this beauty again!

WWulongaihechaMy family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. 🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window.
💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience.
🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it.
📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar.

11376159****I've always loved Hangzhou, so this year I specifically chose one of its most renowned five-star hotels, Zhejiang Xizi Hotel – Wangzhuang. I checked into Building 2 on November 13th. Building 2 is very close to West Lake, and I was quite pleased with the hotel's environment. The housekeeping staff would even nod and greet guests, which I found very professional. It was supposed to be a perfect ending, but what puzzled me was the rather cold attitude of the front desk staff in Building 2. They wouldn't even lift their heads or greet guests entering and exiting, acting as if they didn't see anyone. It's not that I have high expectations; isn't nodding and greeting guests the most basic requirement in the service industry? Let alone a high-end five-star hotel, even some budget hotels offer better service. A guest walks by you, and as a front desk staff member in Building 2, you just pretend not to see them and don't even look up? I've stayed in many other five-star hotels, and to encounter such a lack of basic service philosophy and attitude truly made me feel embarrassed.
Then came the most ridiculous part. With this kind of passive service attitude, as I was checking out, they asked to add me on WeChat. Afterward, they sent me a string of text, saying they had already drafted a review for me and asked me to copy and paste it as a positive review on Ctrip. I found this absolutely hilarious. As a guest, aren't my reviews of the hotel my own decision? Are they trying to deprive me of even the freedom to express my opinion? Regardless of good or bad, I always maintain an objective stance – good is good, and bad is bad. To have them write a positive review for me and ask me to copy and paste it – how can they be so confident at that moment, thinking they've done an excellent job and that all guests are satisfied and will give good reviews? I expressed my honest opinion, and the response was just, ”Sorry you're not satisfied...” Is this perfunctory tone and arrogant attitude what a five-star hotel should uphold? On another note, the staff at the main reception and at the entrance of the main reception were very friendly and service-oriented. I also hope the hotel can improve further in the future.

The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

The main draw is how convenient it is for getting around; it's very close to Beishan Street, and both bus stops and subway stations are easily accessible. Overall, it's pretty good. The breakfast was also decent. Before arriving, I added the hotel on WeChat, and Yanie upgraded me to an executive king room for free. Thumbs up!

However, due to the aging facilities, the air conditioning was really weak and lights were dim. The receptionist offered me a free room upgrade though. Thanks for that. Will think twice before rebooking this hotel next time.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was compact but comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of food options and shops nearby, so I never had to go far for meals or last-minute essentials.
Overall experience was great, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!
