EBO Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake)

Convenient location to eating, visiting. 50m away from mtr, great breakfast, love the wonton the most i had it in each brekky. Good service from reception desk, if you have the free wifi issue, go to them to fix. Only 2 washing machines and dryers in this hotel.

Hygiene needs to be improved greatly. Requested to change the room they assigned to me as it has a foul smell. Had to kill ants and mosquitoes in the room which is a really unpleasant experience. It might be due to the fact that they tend to open the window hence insects get in the room. I woke up with insect bites and itchiness, can feel that the bedsheets and sofa are not cleaned properly. Breakfast is really average and their utensils are very worn out. Bathroom handsoap they used kirei kirei, a very old bottle with the sticker on it came off. Honestly just not something u usually will see from a hotel as most hotel will package it decently rather than displaying a hand soap that can easily be bought from a supermarket. Location is alright, near subway station. Their television can’t do screen mirroring from phone which is pretty outdated. Overall i do not recommend this place.

The hotel room is super big and comfortable. The bed is perfect, the front desk guys are super helpful and friendly, they are really ready to help 24/7. Daily cleaning and only in time when we are outdoors. The breakfast is delicious and variable. We are really happy that we stayed at this great hotel. Highly recommend and we will come back for sure. Amazing staff and the best location in Hangzhou as you are only a few steps away from the nearest metro (Fenqi road).

We stayed at EBO Hotel Hangzhou for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, 1min walk to metro station, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options each morning. The only downside was the laundry service. For such a large hotel, there is only one washing machine available, which often resulted in long waiting times to wash our clothes. Despite this minor inconvenience, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend EBO Hotel Hangzhou for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast.

Our stay at Ebo had a great start as the nice front desk staff 栀子 helped with an upgrade, seeing that we were a family with baby. The service from front desk is great, I injured my foot and they helped with a hospital booking on my phone. The only downside was the laundry, there was only 1 working washer, and the other remained spoilt and inactive for the whole week. This made the trip abit exhausting - I met an old angmoh man from Singapore who cut queue and raise his voice to get his way. Made a laundry run became 5-6 hours with the queue cutters and frankly quite a waste of time.
