The public corridors are clean, spacious, and well-organized, providing plenty of room to move around. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and serene, making it suitable for both short stays and longer visits. Combined with the thoughtful amenities and attentive staff, the living environment is very relaxing. It's an excellent choice for a place to stay during your travels. West Lake is still beautiful, and the front desk guy is handsome, while the ladies are very elegant.

The public areas were also well-maintained; the hallway floors were regularly cleaned, the escalator handrails were not sticky to the touch, and there was no messy trash inside the elevators. The ventilation was good, so walking in the corridors didn't feel stuffy. Lingyin Temple is bustling with worshippers, and you can book in advance to pray and find some peace of mind. Besides the scenic spots, you must visit Damalong to experience the authentic local life, where various cured meats and fresh produce will make your mouth water. Of course, there are always some small regrets during a trip, like not having enough time to visit Xixi Wetland, but that's just an excuse to come back again! During my stay, any requests I made to the front desk were handled smoothly and properly, leaving me with no worries. They also patiently provided practical suggestions when I asked about local transportation and sightseeing routes, thoughtfully assisting with my travel plans. This was a very impressive stay, and the staff's genuine and natural service added a lot of comfort to my entire trip. Excellent service!
