The hotel is located right in front of the West Lake. Everything was good except the sound proof needs improvement. The staffs at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Room is quite spacious and clean.

The room that we initially get, had smoke smell despite our request for non smoking room. The hotel helped us move to another room the next day and have the kids some fruits. The recovery service is good, service staffs are all responsive and helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is good value for its very good location and what it offers. In the end we enjoyed the stay a lot. The view from the roof garden is also very nice. Thank you.
