Zety Hotel (Hubin Xihu Longxiangqiao Subway Station Branch Hangzhou)

The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was also quite good, and there's a laundry area. They even offer a sweet soup at night. It's very close to Intime In77 and West Lake, just a short walk away. We even received a small snack when we checked out. Overall, it's great value for money.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, located within a five-minute walk of West Lake, Hubin Yintai in77, and other attractions. It's perfect for both sightseeing and shopping, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of a bustling area. The hotel's cleanliness is commendable, but what truly stands out is the exceptional warmth and helpfulness of the staff. They even assisted with our luggage and helped us into our car upon check-out.

Our long-awaited vacation unexpectedly coincided with a typhoon, and while most of our travel plans fell through, we were incredibly lucky to have booked the Zhen Ting Hotel by West Lake. This is a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again! Everything was perfect: the location, the hotel facilities, and the service. The bedding was comfortable, the hairdryer and shampoo were fantastic, and the free laundry service was prompt. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They even recommended local delicacies and provided crucial information about the typhoon, making us feel the warmth of home during the stormy weather. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect too. It's been a long time since I've slept so well in a hotel. When I checked out, I even made sure to ask the front desk about the brand of the mattress and pillows. The service was excellent, and the surrounding area has great amenities. It's close to the subway, and right outside, you'll find West Lake and a bustling shopping street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good, but the first floor still has a bit of a smell since it was just renovated. Hygiene: The hygiene is decent, although in the summer there were some small insects, but the hotel was actively helping us deal with them. Environment: It's quite close to West Lake, Hubin Yintai, and the streets. Service: The service was excellent. The front desk staff, both the male and female attendants, were very enthusiastic and helpful.
