Nostalgia S Hotel(Hangzhou West Lake Intime）

The hotel's location is excellent. After exiting the subway station, you cross a very picturesque bridge and you're there. It's only about a ten-minute walk to attractions like Hu Xueyan's Former Residence, Hu Qingyu Hall, and West Lake. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and exquisite. They even prepare hot congee for guests in the evening, which is very considerate and heartwarming.

I absolutely love this hotel! The soundproofing is excellent, which is great for me since I'm a light sleeper. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is pretty good with a decent variety. It's really close to Hefang Street and West Lake, and right next to the metro station. Most importantly, the service is truly outstanding. They even come to pick up your laundry, wash and dry it, and then bring it back up to your room. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hefang Street, within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with smart devices, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were also provided with complimentary snacks and free drinks in the fridge. The only drawback was the lack of a partition between the bathroom and the bed, which made it inconvenient for a family of three to change clothes after showering. Additionally, the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot; guests need to use the nearby Wuliu Lane parking garage. This is a multi-story car park where people and cars are separated, making it very inconvenient if you need to quickly grab something from your vehicle.

First of all, the moment we walked in, it felt very clean and fresh. The service was also great. We were offered free popsicles right away, but my son and I aren't keen on cold treats so we didn't take any. The room was nice, just a bit small, but it was very clean and had no strange smells. The service was impeccable, and you can even request a bed rail from the front desk. All in all, it was a very good stay!

Highly, highly recommend! I originally booked this hotel after seeing it mentioned in the comments section while browsing travel guides on Xiaohongshu. I thought it would be fine even if the environment was just average since I was only staying for two days, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff provided excellent service, and there was one guy at the front desk who was particularly charming, haha. It's very conveniently located near the subway station, just a five to six-minute walk, and also close to West Lake, only a few stops away. The rooms have smart toilets and heated towel racks, which is great for drying clothes that don't dry easily. They even provide facial towels and laundry detergent – honestly, this is the first hotel I've stayed in that offers laundry detergent!. After a long day of walking around, it was wonderful to have a foot soak tub available. Nail clippers were also provided, and there were free popsicles in the lobby. So thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou!
