APA Hotel and Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower Hotels in Osaka

APA Hotel and Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"Fantastic location, very nice hotel with many amenities. Feel is almost like a casino with check in at 3 pm, bag pick up and drop off lines. Room is small but bigger than most business hotels at the same price. The ofuro on the 4th floor is great. Main complaint is the elevator lines and waits are excessive, hotel should use AI to figure this out."

Maru House Hotels in Osaka

Maru House

"Right outside the door is Tsutenkaku Tower, which is really nice! The place is exceptionally clean, and I absolutely love the style. When you walk in, the wooden floors feel great under your feet, especially since you take your shoes off. Having a private shower and toilet is super convenient, just like being at home. Even though the bathroom is small, it's perfectly adequate for one person. Fresh towels are provided daily. They don't offer toothbrushes or toothpaste, but shampoo and shower gel are included. There's a trash can, so you don't need to bring your own. It's very quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. There's a microwave and a hot water dispenser, so you can easily make instant noodles or heat up ready-to-eat meals bought from the convenience store. A refrigerator is also available. The air conditioning gets very cold, and the bed is soft, which I initially found a bit uncomfortable, but I adjusted to it later. There are power outlets right by the bed, perfect for charging devices and playing games. The only downside is that there's no elevator, and I was on the third floor, so I had to walk up all the stairs. The owner, despite being Korean, is incredibly nice and unbiased. When checking out, all you have to do is leave the key on the table, which is super convenient if you have an early flight."

Hotel Hankyu International ★★★★★
"Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. While breakfast had fixed timings, it was still good. For Osaka, the room was quite spacious, and all three of us were very happy with it. The toiletries were Guerlain, and any issues we had were resolved promptly. The hotel is super close to Hankyu Sanbangai and the Umeda shopping district, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, even on the first basement floor. Transportation is also very convenient; the airport shuttle bus stop is just a block away."

"I was very dissatisfied with the room. There was a strong, persistent odor, and it wasn't clean. I hope this helps future guests decide. Bad review, bad review. The room smelled terrible and hygiene needs serious improvement. The odor lingered for a very, very long time."

"we were staying with a 16 months old baby, the room is spacious and baby-proof with all the essentials. It’s one minute away from the Crysta Subway (accessible with escalators), and just 10min-walk from central Shinsaibashi.  It’s also located in a safe neighbourhood, with no nightclubs around.  would definitely stay again"

APA Hotel and Resort Osaka Umeda Eki Tower ★★★
"The hotel is located very near to umeda station which makes transitioning to Shinkansen and other lines very easily. However, the nearby stores may not be very family-oriented which some family-centric travellers may take this into consideration. Moreover, the hotel has 34 storey, 34th being the restaurant followed by the rooms, all the way to the 4th floor amenities. With 6 elevators to serve from 1st floor to 16 and 17 to 34. However, this create a nightmare when there is "lift congestion"; during its peak period, queuing for a lift up to your hotel room can take up from 5-10mins. Aside from that, the hotel overall room conditions, and amenities are excellent. Lastly, the check-in kiosk system has alot of room for improvement. As international tourists tends to book the rooms via 3rd party service providers, the order of the names registered could be scrambled up which lead to the system not being able to detect your booking which causes frustration when checking in especially when the service crew repeated asks u to try keying in the names of your group, and hopefully finds the one that was registered. A manualy bypass by the staff should be allowed for this"
