The hotel is very new and clean, the best part is the shower room design, the bathtub is lower than the ground, good for parents with young kids! The front desk staff is very helpful during check in, best value for money hotel I booked in Japan!

This hotel was the best decision we made! It was risky at first, since I just booked it when it just recently opened and just had 1 review. But when we arrived it felt like a 5 star hotel and accomodations/service were great! ❤️ - king sized bed - inteligent toilet and bath are separate (forogt to take photo of toilet) - spacious and great air-condition. - laundry room and water station Some people reviewed that the AC was hot but I believe, just need to tweak the settings cause ours was so cold 😂 My only comment is that the room was quite dusty. Not in a bad way but a lot of dust flying around, I think its because of the fabrics and all. Maybe the hotel can improve on this one. Some tips! There's Yoshinoya just across and convenience stores very close to the hotel. If its your first time and using the train, go and take EXIT 2 it's just a very short walk to the hotel. 😊

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious, but there's a lot of dust. Hopefully, they'll manage it better.

The best hotel we stayed in Japan. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Walking distance to Donki. Only negative point is the train line not the main line and need to change most of the time.

We recently stayed at ANCHORED by RIHGA Osaka Namba and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with both the service and housekeeping. When we returned to our room, one of my Gucci slippers was severely damaged and the emblem on the other slipper had come off. The slippers were almost new and had only been worn indoors. We immediately reported this to the front desk. The staff member was visibly shocked, said this was not normal, and told us she would discuss it with the manager. The next day, the attitude completely changed. The manager told us the housekeeping staff denied any involvement, and therefore no compensation or solution would be offered. We found this extremely disappointing, especially because there was barely any serious attempt to resolve the situation. This discussion also took place while our airport transfer was already waiting outside, which made the experience even more stressful and unprofessional. The manager handled the situation very poorly and dismissively. In addition, we experienced several housekeeping issues during our stay. On one day, housekeeping did not show up despite us requesting cleaning service. Upon arrival, there were also stains in the sink and dirt on the floor. The hotel location is good, but unfortunately the way complaints are handled here felt very unprofessional and dismissive.

The room is nice, spacious, and clean, with excellent room amenities. The location is very convenient as it is close to a convenience store and the train station, although there aren't many restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is packed with great facilities, including an onsen, free drinking water, an ice machine, a relaxing lounge, and games. However, the only downside is that the internet connection is very poor.
