Great
Eericachan18The location is quiet and close to two train stations, making it convenient for getting around. The staff are very responsible and respond quickly, even late at night. When we had a problem with the water heater in the early morning, they sent someone to fix it the next morning. The staff member in charge even spoke Chinese, which was very thoughtful and dedicated. There's a small balcony, which is great for drying clothes. If you like trains, you can also watch them pass by at the nearby station from the balcony. Downsides: The location is a bit too secluded. In winter, it gets dark very early, and there are very few dim streetlights in the residential area. There are almost no pedestrians, so as a solo female traveler, I felt a bit scared and had to return to the guesthouse early. There are no restaurants downstairs; you have to walk to find them. The water heater was troublesome; it's a storage type, so you constantly have to check if the water level is low and manually boil water, otherwise, you won't have hot water for a shower (I discovered this when the temperature was around 1-2 degrees Celsius, but once the temperature rose, the water heater didn't take as long to heat up).

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

ZZhizhizhaThe hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the facilities are quite new. It has a large public bath and a sauna. There's also a lounge area on the second floor of the lobby. Exiting the hotel and turning left, the Namba subway station (exit 25) is just 100 meters away, making it very convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserI found the room to be quite clean, and the self-check-in process was very smooth. I have no issues with the host/establishment at all. It's also pretty close to the subway. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy when there are more people, especially around 11 or 12 at night when some guests are still tidying up or chatting (this is more of a guest issue). If you're looking for a really good night's sleep, I'd still recommend a hotel.

傑克這真是太神奇了This hotel is super convenient, just a 4-minute walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station and right next to Shin-Imamiya Station. However, you have to scan a QR code to check in, which could be a hassle if you're not tech-savvy. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

GGuest UserLocation well located near Namba and nankai express. Lot of food and shopping available. The hot spring at the 10 floor is fabulous, of course if they can allow for full day usage of the hot spring facilities would be a plus.

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...

GGuest UserThe location is very close to Dontonbori, and nanba station, totally walkable. Everything inside the hotel is clean, many shower rooms, no need to wait. One of the best girl capsule hotel I've ever stayed. Will definitely come back next time when I visit Kansai!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located right near Shinsaibashi, making it quite easy to find. The location is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's a laundry room on every floor, and the male and female floors are separate, requiring an elevator password for access, which adds to the safety.

AAsia Traveler from GERI stayed at a hotel in Osaka and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice, always polite and willing to assist, which made me feel welcome. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the main sights and transportation. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Some areas did not feel as well maintained as they should, which was a little disappointing. The amenities were just average, functional but not impressive. Overall, the hotel was fine for a short stay, thanks to the friendly staff and good location, but it would benefit from improvements in cleanliness and facilities.
