Facilities: Great Hygiene: Clean Environment: Satisfactory Service: Good This location is really convenient, close to the subway, and it's pleasant to take a walk around the area. The lobby is on the 18th floor, and the free coffee is fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

This hotel is great! It's close to the subway, but because it's not in the absolute city center, it's very quiet. The best part? You can do some light cooking here, so I finally got to enjoy the Wagyu beef I bought from the supermarket!

Five-star review all around! The location, transportation, service, facilities, and cleanliness were all absolutely impeccable! Plus, the bathroom was fully equipped with Refa products, which was incredibly comfortable! There's also a microwave and a large fridge. I'll definitely book here again in the future.

The room had a fridge and microwave, which was really convenient for heating up late-night snacks and breakfast. I didn't get to use the washing machine though. The location is great, with the nearest subway station about a five-minute walk away. The room itself isn't very big, and if you're staying for only four nights, you need to put out the 'Please clean' sign yourself for them to empty the trash.

Japanese hotel rooms are typically small, but the room at this hotel was well-designed, allowing us to open two suitcases, and it even had a washing machine. On the lobby floor, there's a self-service coffee machine, water dispenser, and toiletries available on demand. The location is super convenient, very close to Shinsaibashi.
