Guest UserThe environment is excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The window offers a great view, the room is spacious, and the ceiling height is good. I looked forward to coming back to the hotel every day. I visited Universal Studios for two consecutive days. The hotel is right by the JR station, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area.

The hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Kien HawI had a wonderful stay at **Hinode Osaka** overall, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for couples.
The amenities are easily **10/10**. The hotel offers so many complimentary perks, including free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, ice cream, laundry facilities, and a hot spring (onsen). These little extras really made the stay feel great value for money.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although I didn't interact with them much after check-in, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Since we mentioned that this was a birthday trip, they even prepared a small gift for us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
The location is another huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and **Tsutenkaku Tower** is only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for sightseeing and food hunting.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that the hotel seems to accommodate many tour groups. We noticed buses of tourists arriving almost every day. During peak hours, the hot spring could get extremely crowded—we couldn't even get in at times. The complimentary late-night ramen was also very popular, and we often had to wait around 10–15 minutes just to find a couple of seats.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Hinode Osaka for couples looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent amenities. For families, however, be prepared for the crowds, as the hotel can feel quite overwhelming when multiple tour groups are around.

Guest UserThe hotel environment is quiet and spotless. The location is super convenient, right in Namba, the heart of Osaka, with great transport links. The service is attentive and unobtrusive; anything I requested was promptly delivered to my room, and check-out didn't even require a trip to the front desk. Enjoyed the open-air onsen every day – very relaxing. I even had two online meetings on the front desk floor, and they kindly provided paper and water free of charge.

Guest UserWe stayed there 1st week of 2026 new year and there was no crowd. So it makes the experience very chill and nice. Onsen will less people and restaurants with no queue. I prefer this branch than the Shinsaibashi as it is more quieter. Nearby hotel is office tower crowd so you can really see the local life. There's great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and nice. Complimentary supper ramen taste very good. Love the experience here. The massage chair were nice to enjoy too.

I tried numerous times to contact them regarding sending my luggage in advance before I arrived, and they did not answer so I then sent a message on this app and after all of that, they refused my luggage and sent it back to where it came from. I found this to be very very unprofessional after I contacted them about this. They made contact with the courier company and had it resent as I had explained I tried numerous ways of trying to communicate with them about this matter, and unfortunately, I was not successful and in the end it caused quite a lot of stress.
Following this matter, everything went very smoothly, but the initial the first impression was not terribly positive.

Anonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

HokkaSuch an amazing hotel, the location is just a few blocks away from the main travel spots which is amazing, breakfast is a typical japanese style buffet but high quality which is pretty awesome. On top of that, there is a public bath on 13th floor, not too crowded, clean facility, also the staff members are kind and supportive. Had a really good time in there, thanks!

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently accessible from either Nippombashi or Nagahoribashi subway stations. The best option is Exit 10 at Nippombashi Station, which has an elevator – perfect if you have heavy luggage and want to avoid stairs. Dotonbori is right across the street from the hotel, and Shinsaibashi is also very close, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can even walk to Namba Station, though it's a bit further, where you'll find Takashimaya department store, which is great for browsing. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is popular with Korean guests, and offers unlimited ice cream and Yakult! The front desk staff are warm and polite, and some even speak Chinese. There's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to grab snacks. The hotel breakfast is bountiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby.
The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best.
The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep.
Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!
