the hotel location is just 3 mins away from sakurajima eki. (benri ) its raining outside & the staff gave me an umbrella to use. i lovevthat the room was clean thanks to the cleaning staff quite & relaxing.. im a foreigner living in japan & its normal for us (majority)to have tattoo its sad that tattoed people cant use the hotspring. i just wish they could allow us to use even late hours but i respect the japanese culture. i enjoyed my stay & will comeback. 2days 1 night was not enough

Quiet and cozy, yet fully equipped, it features a lovely rooftop onsen. It's conveniently located on a commercial street right by Hankyu Mikuni Station. You'll find plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby. Plus, Umeda is only about 3-4 train stops away. The onsen itself, while small, was sparkling clean.

Excellent hotel! We've been staying with this brand for over a decade, choosing them whenever we travel in Japan. It's always cozy, the environment is great, and the hot springs are incredibly relaxing. We especially miss the ramen served every evening!

Japanese hotel rooms are generally on the smaller side, but always clean and tidy. I always choose Dormy Inn when I visit Japan because of their hot springs and the delicious ramen served as a late-night snack – it's the perfect way to recover from a day of shopping. This particular hotel is incredibly convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. The front desk even has staff who speak Chinese. Aside from not having daily room cleaning, the overall experience was truly excellent.

I was incredibly impressed! It's super close to many landmarks and the subway. I stayed for 4 nights and soaked in the onsen every single night. It wasn't too crowded, and it's a small bath, but you really should go every day! I soaked daily and my feet never hurt. It's also very close to the Glico sign; it might look far on the map, but we walked every day and it's actually very near. The staff were absolutely lovely and tried their best to communicate with us, which was so sweet. The room was a good size for opening two suitcases. Most importantly, the breakfast was delicious! You can definitely count on it for your morning meal. And if you don't feel like eating there, there's a Family Mart right in front of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven not much further down. Plus, the security is excellent! There's a code for the hotel entrance and a separate code for the women's onsen door. I regret not taking many photos! The bed was also really soft and comfortable. There's air conditioning in the room, so no need to worry about being hot. I had such a happy trip here; it was incredibly peaceful. 😍 I'll definitely be back if I have the chance! There aren't many Thais here; it's mostly foreigners or Japanese guests.

Hotel Hanshin Osaka

Great

I recently stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka during my trip to Osaka, and overall it was a very satisfying experience, especially for a first-time solo traveler visiting the city. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely its excellent location. The hotel is conveniently connected to transportation, making it extremely easy to travel to many of Osaka’s famous attractions and shopping areas. Whether I wanted to visit Dotonbori, Umeda, Osaka Castle, or even take day trips to nearby cities, getting around was smooth and stress-free. For someone traveling alone and unfamiliar with Osaka, staying here made the entire trip feel much more comfortable and convenient. Another thing that impressed me was the service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk employees were always polite, professional, and welcoming. They greeted guests with genuine smiles and were very helpful whenever I had questions. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier, they still tried their best to assist me, which made me feel appreciated as a guest. Good hospitality can really affect the overall travel experience, and this hotel certainly delivered in that aspect. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Although the room size was slightly small, which is quite common in Japan, the facilities inside were surprisingly complete and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was provided, and the layout was efficient enough that I still felt comfortable during my stay. The in-room hot spring bath was also a very enjoyable feature. After spending long hours walking around Osaka every day, being able to relax in the warm bath at night was incredibly refreshing and helped me recover from fatigue. If I had to mention one downside, it would only be the limited room space. However, considering the location, service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, I still think this hotel offers great value overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka for the first time, especially solo travelers who want a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay.

I love to stay in this Hotel. The room is bigger than i expected, you can open two suitcases at the same time. There is hot spring . Ths space is not too big , but luckily ,i am the only one to use it in the early morning.there are free ramen and ice cream for supper. It also probide ice pillow in summer to help sleep better at night. i can say that is very traditional Japanese hotel. The service is quite nice.

Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24. This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

Capsule Inn Osaka (Male Only)

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
