Xige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

mezzan9neHad previously stayed at a Hotel Keihan Kyoto Ekiminami in Kyoto, and it was a fairly good experience. So when Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae popped up when I was doing a search on Osaka hotels, I decided to give it a go. Pleasantly surprised I must say. The hotel room was very nice and cozy and pleasantly decorated. It had much more flair than the Kyoto branch, and had a more inviting and stylish vibe. Everything was well maintained, clean and almost pristine. Staff were friendly and professional. As for the location, that could be a minor inconvenience for some, as I had to transit 2 train lines to get there, though overall I found it not a hardship to travel to many of the places I wanted to visit. Huge plus was there was a mall just opposite the hotel, and it was walking distance to 3 different konbinis. Overall I still enjoyed my stay pretty much, and will consider this hotel again.

Guest UserLast year, in early August, the same room cost around 1700, but this year, booking two months in advance, it was only a little over 500. Honestly, the hotel being so affordable was a major reason why I came back to visit again.
The bathroom has a standard Japanese-style wet/dry separation, which even some much pricier hotels I stayed in later didn't offer. The amenities included something for relaxing your feet, haha, it still makes me laugh thinking about it!
If you check in early, you can request a room with a view of Universal Studios.
Universal Citywalk is right downstairs.
There's enough space to lay out two 32-inch suitcases flat.

Guest UserThe hotel lobby had a wonderful fragrance. Breakfast was excellent, and they even offered free hotdogs in the evening. They also helped me find a balloon I'd lost in the restaurant. For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to Universal Studios, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.

Anonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

HeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

The location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.

YL10001Hotel Review: Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel
I recently stayed at Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel during my trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
Location:
The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining.
Check-in Experience:
The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival.
Room Comfort and Amenities:
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills.
Service:
The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay.
Minor Downsides:
If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep.
Overall:
This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.

JannnattThe staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. I arrived early to check in, so I left my luggage with them. When I returned, they had already taken my bags up to my room.
The location is perfect for those looking to explore outside the city, as it's not far from both the train station and JR station. There's also a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby, so it doesn't feel isolated. A solo female traveler would feel safe staying here.
The room wasn't too small and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and looked new.
