GGuest UserThe hotel lobby had a wonderful fragrance. Breakfast was excellent, and they even offered free hotdogs in the evening. They also helped me find a balloon I'd lost in the restaurant. For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to Universal Studios, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.

MMoliaifenxiangThis is a relatively new hotel, opened in 2022. The location is very easy to find, and the lobby has self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out, which is super convenient. Staff are also on hand to help. On the first floor, you can pick up toiletries, including facial cleanser and lotion, so it's very comprehensive. I specifically booked a larger room, which features a dry/wet separation design and plenty of space. The family room is fully equipped: four beds are perfect for a family of four, and there's ample space for luggage. There's a microwave, water glasses, wine glasses, and a refrigerator with both a freezer and a fridge compartment! The bathroom has double sinks, and there's even a washing machine and laundry detergent! The overhead shower is extra wide with excellent water pressure – showering is incredibly comfortable. There's also an iron and ironing board! It's so complete and wonderful! I will definitely stay here again. I saw they also have six-person rooms! Plenty of space if I bring my elders along too. 👍

LLanjingdewanghouFacilities: All the basics are covered, and they even provide a small stool in the bathroom, which is a thoughtful touch. Hygiene: Extremely clean and tidy. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-separated. Environment: Right outside is Universal Studios and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around. Service: Warm and patient. Even with a language barrier, communication was effortless. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

HhhhooolllyyyooollloooBooked this hotel blindly for my USJ trip – stayed for 5 nights in total. The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station, and only about a 5-6 minute walk to USJ. The room was a bit small. The bedding had an unidentifiable, dirty smell, and the towels also had quite a few black stains. Looking at the uploaded photo, I remember booking a triple room (twin beds + sofa bed). The sofa bed didn't have any bedding. When I asked the front desk, they said there was bedding in a closet that I needed to make myself. 😓 For 1200-1500 a night, I felt the service was a bit lacking.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right across from Fukushima Station, with a direct Kanku Express line to the airport. It's also just a 3-minute walk to the Hanshin Line station for trips to Kobe. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the service is excellent. We booked two rooms, and they proactively arranged for them to be on the same floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Osaka.

GGuest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

AAmarFromUKLocation: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

YYL10001Hotel Review: Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel I recently stayed at Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel during my trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.

JJannnattThe staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. I arrived early to check in, so I left my luggage with them. When I returned, they had already taken my bags up to my room. The location is perfect for those looking to explore outside the city, as it's not far from both the train station and JR station. There's also a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby, so it doesn't feel isolated. A solo female traveler would feel safe staying here. The room wasn't too small and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and looked new.
