The hotel is right above Umeda Station, with Daimaru department store downstairs, and it's super close to Hankyu and Hilton, making it incredibly convenient. The executive lounge is fantastic; it's a great spot to relax after a long day of exploring. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The location is incredibly convenient. Daimaru Department Store is right across the street downstairs, and it's seamlessly connected to the station and various buildings, making it super easy to get around. You won't even need to step out into the rain for a full day of shopping in Osaka. The views from the high floor are excellent, the room is a good size, and the desk is very spacious.

This hotel is conveniently location above the Main Osaka Staion. Taking the airport Haruka Lunited express is a breeze. My booking comes with ONLY a Haruka Ticket. My other family member has to go to ticket office to buy another seat with cost S$33 for one way which was speak period at that time. If I have a choice, I would rather buy from Klook which is a flat fee for all timing including reservation of seats. This hotel room is really really damn small. Even the toilet is a mini.

I've stayed in the executive rooms multiple times and have always been quite satisfied with the variety of food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages offered in the executive lounge. However, it would be absolutely perfect if the hotel also provided milk during breakfast hours.

The room is considered as big in Osaka city with the reasonable price. Location is super good as it’s located above a mall and walking distant to the train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to help with everything. Super cute bedroom slippers provided for kid.We had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights.
