Disadvantages: No sound insulation in the room, you can hear clearly when going to the toilet, it is far from the subway station, it takes more than ten minutes to walk, I thought it didn't matter, but it rained every night, and it took a long time to walk, there is an air outlet on the head of the bed, which cannot be closed, and the middle bed has an impact. Advantages: The balcony is comfortable, the room is large, you can spread out two large boxes, it is relatively clean overall, the quality of the supplies provided is also good, dry and wet are separated, convenient for multiple people to use, I met foreign tourists on the same floor, they are very warm and friendly, it is a few minutes away from the Kuromon Market, very convenient, there are convenience stores and large supermarkets 200 meters away, and kitchen utensils are all available. Overall it is good, recommended to stay

That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions. Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson. It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV! Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.

Don’t expect this to be a full service hotel, it is self check in only but the steps are very easy so there’s not much issues there. Rooms are clean and spacious with spaces for luggages, it’s located near a train station and there’s few convenience store in the block so don’t worry about not finding any groceries. If you are looking for apartment like stays then this is a good recommendation, the only minor issue was that the air conditioning was not that strong so it was a bit stuffy. 

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is very clean. I left something behind after checking out. After contacting customer service, the feedback was very timely. I found it before going to the airport. There is a big supermarket nearby, which sells meat and other things. You can take it back to the B&B to eat. It is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is a big challenge to walk back after a day of citywalk. There is another hotel nearby. You can choose the one that is closer.

The location is excellent . And the unit is super clean. Over all stay is very comfortable. Full body mirror is recommended .

The price including tax is cheap, the location is good, and the room is spacious with two beds, so I think I made a good choice. I knew about the construction because of the reviews, so it was easy to find the building. I thought the construction would be finished by the second week of April, but it was still in progress. It was very noisy around 9-11 in the morning, but fortunately I was up, so I wasn't annoyed. However, I could hear the construction noise all the way to my room, and at night or in the evening, I could hear mumbling from the next room?, so I don't think the soundproofing is good. There was no mirror except for the bathroom sink, so it was a bit inconvenient to put on makeup. The floor in the room was carpeted, not wooden or plank, so after washing up and walking around a few times, there was a lot of dust and hair on my feet. I was told that there would be an additional fee for requesting room cleaning, so I kept that in mind, but I think it would be good to bring indoor slippers. Aside from that, everything was good! It was nice that it was close to Kuromon Market, the station, and Dotonbori. The facilities were not outdated and were large, so I will visit again when I go to Osaka again!

The room is clean and hygienic. As a homestay, the hygiene is really acceptable. It is self-service check-in, which is convenient and saves the trouble of checking in! The location is also quite prosperous, near the commercial street, but it may be a little noisy on weekends, but everything else is fine. I stayed for 2 days. One day it was very noisy outside downstairs, and the next day it was very quiet. Overall it's good!

Kitahama is so peaceful. There’s a river near by with good vibes. If you like shopping and late night restaurants, this location is not for you. The size of the room is quite nice for a business hotel. Room is clean! Overall, I’m happy with the stay and would recommend.
