Guest UserI always opt for five-star hotels when I travel, but summer prices were just too high this year. So, I took a friend's recommendation and booked this place instead. 👍
It's about an hour from Kansai Airport, and Exit 13 is the closest to the hotel. The downside is there's no elevator there, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd suggest Exit 16, which has one.
The hotel's service and facilities are excellent. The room was quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – we slept soundly every night. The location is also fantastic, about a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. We stayed for five nights this time and visited Kobe and Kyoto. The Chuo and Midosuji subway lines right downstairs were super convenient.
I have to mention one particular incident. Check-out was at 11 AM, and our flight wasn't until 5 PM on the last day. Thinking we had plenty of time, my child and I went to Nipponbashi that morning. It wasn't until we got there that I remembered check-out was at 11! Luckily, my mother wasn't with us; she was having coffee at a cafe across from the hotel. I immediately contacted her and asked her to rush back to check out. But to our surprise, her Huawei phone couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi when she got back, and the only Pocket Wi-Fi device was with me! 😵💫 Since the reservation was under my name, the front desk needed to confirm check-out with me personally. But there was a language barrier, and my mom had no internet. She was incredibly flustered at that moment. Just then, a Chinese-speaking staff member appeared. He first calmed her down, telling her not to worry and that he would find a way to contact me, also explaining that the hotel's network was often unstable. He then took out a device and tried to connect her phone to the Wi-Fi in the lobby, but after many attempts, it didn't work. So, he took my mother back to the room and tried many more times until it finally connected, and he was able to reach me... His professionalism and meticulous work attitude deeply touched our entire family. We'd like to express our gratitude once again! I will definitely choose Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi again next time I visit Osaka. 👍

Xige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

FabairimengdexiaolongIf you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

Ed.123The location is excellent, with the train station just a short walk away and several convenience stores nearby.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the common lounge, which offered a relaxing space to unwind or get some work done. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee, as well as the ovens and ice machine, which were very convenient.
Overall, this is a great budget-friendly hotel with a convenient location. I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value.

sadlisaThe room was spotless and well-organized, featuring a desk and a sofa. The two beds could be pushed together to create more space. My only minor complaint was the limited number of power outlets, which made charging multiple devices at once a bit tricky for a tourist.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of Chinese, Western, and Japanese options. The grilled wagyu beef and steamed abalone with mushrooms were particularly outstanding.
I appreciated that the lobby offered complimentary DHC mini facial cleansing sets, which was a thoughtful touch for guests.
All the staff members were friendly and polite.
For location, simply find the JR Central Exit, then follow the signs to Daimaru department store. Once you've done it once, it's very easy to find. The lower floors of the building house a shopping mall and a food court with a wide array of cuisines, which is popular even with locals.
I didn't hear any subway noise at all; the room was very quiet. The hotel's proximity to the JR station made it incredibly convenient for day trips to places like Himeji Castle and Nara.

From the photos provided by the hotel, I thought the room would be small, but after checking in, I found that it was big enough to open four suitcases at the same time, and the bathroom was also spacious with a large bathtub. The lobby has a nice smell, which makes people feel relaxed. The staff is also very friendly and polite. The hotel is very friendly to self-driving tours. There is already a parking lot next to it, and the price of overnight parking is very cost-effective.

PiaoliangdehadaThe guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk.
Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes.
Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided.
Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset.
Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the Dotonbori shopping district. Don Quijote, Ichiran Ramen, Bic Camera, and the Glico Running Man sign are all just a few minutes' walk away. Shinsaibashi is also just around the corner. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. There's a microwave available on the first floor of the hotel. Having visited Japan a few times, I'm used to small hotel rooms now. We booked a triple room for three adults and one child, and it was perfectly fine. Despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

Shanghai CNGood option for a hotel during rainy days as you can enjoy the Spa and resort. Water parks and games (billiard, ping-pong) cost extra charge. Staff speaks little English but everything with clear English instructions. Room was bigger then expdcted and the Hotel Annexe was surprisingly quite. Good connection by metro and train. Some tourists attraction reachable by 20 minutes walk. Your close to an amusement area but had no security concern. Breakfast ok. Luggage storage is complicated but at less feasible at arrivalbif you have suitcase (selfservice locker), but a big handicap if you really need it.
