Easy access to Namba Station, just cross the road diagonally albeit not sheltered but it’s probably the easiest way to get to the station with luggages. Room was pretty small but I suppose that’s the case in Japan. Amenities and pyjamas available at the second floo

The location is very good and just opposite to the Takashimaya Department Store. There’s a FamilyMart downstairs while the hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. For security reason, hotel guests have to use room key to access the designated floor. Staff is nice, helpful and well trained. I will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next Osaka trip.

The hotel location is superb, next to namba station. The check-in and check-out is smooth and automated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and compact with all basic things that I need. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and everything went well. The breakfast is basic and quite ok. The money exchange machine has good rate and coin laundry is convenient. You can take the amenities that you need from the reception.

The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station, making it super easy to travel around Osaka and even take day trips to nearby cities. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and Dotonbori all within walking distance, so everything we needed was just a few minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location and easy access to transport, shopping, and food, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location is THE BEST! Literally minutes from Namba! 🇯🇵✨ If you’re looking for the ultimate convenience in Osaka, this is it! The location is absolute perfection—it’s so close to the Namba area. You just walk up from the station, and boom, you’re right there. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main shopping streets, and bonus points: there’s a FamilyMart right next door. And yes, I ended up stopping by there every single day! 😂 The only real downside is that the room is quite small. However, everything else completely makes up for it. The hotel is super clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and the check-in process was incredibly fast. With this unbeatable location and convenience, it is 100% worth it! Highly recommended for shopaholics and explorers! 🛍️🎒

We had an excellent stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba. The location is perfect, with Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market all within walking distance. The nearest subway station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to travel around Osaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room was compact, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were great. As a family with a young child, we appreciated the convenience of nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

perfect location, perfect room size. we got the connecting room. the room size was perfect, the toilet was also spacious. it’s walkable to dotonbori, glico man, osaka train station. overall, it’s a pretty good hotel in terms of location and size. would book again if i’m ever in Osaka.
