Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

One word that explained my whole experience here- magnificent! I love how the apartment looks like as a whole! It’s more than what I expected! The owner of the place is very responsive to my inquiries and very kind. The place is near to metro station , supermarket, & tourist spots .. I will finally book this place again on my next visit to osaka! Kudos 🩷🩷🩷

Facilities: The classic quality of a long-standing luxury brand. Hygiene: Impeccable, as expected in Japan. Environment: Right above the railway station. Service: First-class service quality! Surrounded by amazing food options! An indispensable choice when in Umeda! However, it's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, especially loving the room's decor. It had a warm and comfortable wooden style with soft lighting, which made it feel cozy and not cold at all. I felt incredibly relaxed in the room. I think the design and layout are brilliant. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the location was very convenient, being close to the subway station. I've already left Osaka for Kyoto, but I still miss this room a bit. If I come back to Osaka, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. I did notice the odd smell in the hallway that others mentioned in reviews, but it was bearable, and the room itself smelled pleasant. One minor point is that one of the hotel staff members, a lady, seemed a bit cold, perhaps just quiet by nature, but another lady was very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English. Despite being next to the highway, I didn't experience the noise I expected. Regarding the blackout issue mentioned in other reviews, I think you can just request a room not facing the highway. I'm currently at a hotel in Kyoto, and for some reason, it feels a bit eerie. I really miss this hotel!

This is hand down the best accommodation ever Its our first time in Osaka, Japan, and the host was very welcoming and patient with us. Although most communication was done via email, they were very professional and responsive. The room was lovely and cozy , it had all the necessary amenities one can ask for. The location was good too, only a 5 min walk to Shin-imamiya station, which was very convenient commute to Namba and other area. Highly recommended 👌

I had a wonderful two-day stay here. The hygiene was impeccable, and the room was quite spacious. My favorite part was the communal kitchen in the common area. I wasn't quite used to Japanese food, so it was a lifesaver that the kitchen was fully equipped. I could prepare my own meals.

We got to Osaka at midnight so finding the place was a challenge since there was no sign unlike a big hotel. However, after a couple of rounds around the block, we found it. It didn’t help that the automatic door to get in the place was solid black. But anyway, we found it, and we were amazed how easy the owner’s instructions were to access the unit. It was our first time in Japan so we were in awe of everything. First of all, the place was spotless. The luggage space was enough for 4 large and 2 carry on luggages, plus 4 bags. There was a place for our shoes and had closet space for our clothes. Full body mirror was a plus! Toilet bidet was fun, & the shower/bathroom dried our washed clothes, washed by the washing machine in the unit. Beds were a bit stiff but we lived. We always got home exhausted by the miles walked so we were just happy to lay on a bed with comfy sheets & comforters. FYI: the free coffee was only good for 1 day per person, not everyday. Now, we included breakfast with our booking but I guess the host didn’t prepare that ahead of time so when we got to Cotti Cafe downstairs, the girl worked said no breakfast for us. I had to call the host. She then apologized and sent someone to deliver vouchers as well as some supplies we needed in the room like more towels, a hand soap for the sink and paper towels. She also spoke to the girl in the counter to let us have our breakfast. Thank you! Our stay was pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Not too far from train stations, restos and of course, DOTONBORI! Our favorite place in Osaka! We will be back!

The hotel reception guy really helpful. He allowed us to store the luggage n check in earlier because we are rushing to the mosque for Friday's prayer. The room also clean and equipped with fridge, hairdryer and mini kitchen c/w microwave

There was no TV, but it was great to have a projector. When filling the bathtub, it was the type where you have to turn a faucet and adjust the balance of hot and cold water. I felt the water was cooler than the set temperature, so I ended up taking a lukewarm bath. I think this would be a bit tough on a cold day. The reviews mentioned there were no pajamas, so I brought my own. It would have been even better if it said 'no loungewear' in the amenities section.

I had a great stay at Hotel Lucky in Osaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location was very convenient, with train stations, convenience stores, and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Osaka.
