Xige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

One word that explained my whole experience here- magnificent! I love how the apartment looks like as a whole! It’s more than what I expected! The owner of the place is very responsive to my inquiries and very kind. The place is near to metro station , supermarket, & tourist spots .. I will finally book this place again on my next visit to osaka! Kudos 🩷🩷🩷

raiderFacilities: The classic quality of a long-standing luxury brand.
Hygiene: Impeccable, as expected in Japan.
Environment: Right above the railway station.
Service: First-class service quality! Surrounded by amazing food options! An indispensable choice when in Umeda! However, it's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small.

Guest UserSince it’s a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean.
Pros:
- The best part is that it’s still new and clean.
- Washer & dryer in the room!
- The bathroom was equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, etc.
- There is a complimentary coffee machine on the lobby floor, which includes options like cappuccino and decaf.
- The room was relatively spacious for a city hotel.
Cons:
- No coffee in the room (they provide tea bags you can take to your room).
- Having the front desk on the 18th floor felt a bit inconvenient.
- Housekeeping is only once every 7 days (though towels and trash bags are replaced daily).
- The TV turns on automatically every time you enter the room.

PiaoliangdehadaThe guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk.
Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes.
Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided.
Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset.
Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

ericachan888The location is quiet and close to two train stations, making it convenient for getting around. The staff are very responsible and respond quickly, even late at night. When we had a problem with the water heater in the early morning, they sent someone to fix it the next morning. The staff member in charge even spoke Chinese, which was very thoughtful and dedicated. There's a small balcony, which is great for drying clothes. If you like trains, you can also watch them pass by at the nearby station from the balcony.
Downsides: The location is a bit too secluded. In winter, it gets dark very early, and there are very few dim streetlights in the residential area. There are almost no pedestrians, so as a solo female traveler, I felt a bit scared and had to return to the guesthouse early. There are no restaurants downstairs; you have to walk to find them. The water heater was troublesome; it's a storage type, so you constantly have to check if the water level is low and manually boil water, otherwise, you won't have hot water for a shower (I discovered this when the temperature was around 1-2 degrees Celsius, but once the temperature rose, the water heater didn't take as long to heat up).

Guest UserJapanese hostels are really clean, much better than those in China, and relatively quieter. Overall, Japanese hostels offer great value for money, with well-maintained facilities and meticulous service. They're perfect for budget-conscious backpackers, solo travelers, or those who enjoy socializing, especially in areas like Kansai with many attractions.

독또르비치I think this is one of the best accommodations in Osaka. The location is great and quiet, and it's within easy walking distance to Dotonbori. Even if it rains, you can follow the underground shopping arcade, and the exposed section is very short. A washing machine and detergent are provided, and the bathtub and shower facilities are good and clean. It's a studio apartment with a kitchen, a decent-sized refrigerator, and a gas stove, though I didn't need to use it. The microwave, however, seemed to be broken as it didn't work. When I requested towels and bottled water, they were brought immediately. Check-in and check-out were also convenient. Since it's not a hotel with a front desk, there's no place to store luggage, so guests should keep that in mind. They also provided a coupon for a drink at Coty Coffee on the first floor, which I used extensively. Thank you! I would definitely book this place again if I return.

Hannah R CHotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout.
Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station.
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.
Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space.
It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed.
When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel.
Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider.
Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!
