Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka

Great value for money, excellent location with three subway lines on the basement level, covering all transportation needs. The room is bigger than typical Tokyo rooms, and while the facilities are a bit old, they're perfectly acceptable given the reasonable price.

This hotel is well-located, very close to Namba subway station, making it convenient to get to any tourist spot in Osaka. There's also a FamilyMart nearby for any necessities. Whether you're ordering takeout or calling a taxi, it's all very convenient.

Overall, it was pretty good. The location is convenient, and there's a cafe downstairs for afternoon tea. There are also many dining options nearby. The breakfast selection wasn't amazing, but it was decent overall.

The rooms at the Sheraton in Japan are quite spacious, with a standard twin room offering a small sofa for two and a desk. The hotel is clean. Breakfast costs 4000 JPY per adult. I'd recommend loading up on salads and vegetables to get your daily chlorophyll intake. The variety of dishes isn't comparable to a five-star hotel in China; it's relatively limited. The location is very convenient, with a subway interchange right downstairs. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop on the second floor, making it a great option for those with a lot of luggage, as it's easy to get to the airport by bus.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and its location is absolutely fantastic. Downstairs, there's a city rail station, and it's a hub for various subway lines, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The airport shuttle also has a stop right next to the hotel, which is super handy for getting around. I stayed for three nights, and the room was quite spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I'm particular about my sleep, so I was thrilled that the bed was very comfortable and the environment was peaceful. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our room was on the 19th floor, and it was newly renovated and very clean. We arrived around 1 PM and they allowed us to check in early. There's Chinese-speaking staff available, and the lobby on the 2nd floor connects directly to the airport shuttle, making it super convenient for getting to Kansai Airport!!!

The service was prompt and friendly. There's a British pub and a cafe right downstairs (see attached photos), offering great value for trying out different breakfast options, so I skipped the hotel breakfast. I heard the pool costs extra, which is quite inconvenient, so I didn't bother using it – hopefully, they'll improve that. For a three-day stay, drying clothes in the room was difficult, and the retractable clothesline above the bathtub was too loose and practically useless, which was also a bit annoying.

The room smelled of curry after it was cleaned, which I can overlook, but the bathroom had a strange, unpleasant odor. As shown in the picture, the tissues had some unknown blue marks on them. Also, the hotel is very stingy; I stayed for four nights and asked for an extra pack of tissues every day, but they never gave me one. The bed sheets, as pictured, were absolutely disgusting. Communication with the hotel staff was also difficult; although a few employees spoke Chinese, if they weren't available, even simple English was sometimes not understood. The hygiene is very, very bad.
