joanna0919From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

Anonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was absolutely flawless, but what truly blew me away was its unbeatable location! Stepping out of the hotel puts you right in the bustling heart of Shinsaibashi, which is an absolute paradise for anyone who loves shopping and good food. Whether you're looking to snap up the latest fashion trends, explore department stores, or stock up on cosmetics and *****, all the shopping hotspots are just steps away. The best part is that when your hands are full with shopping bags, you can just pop back to your room to drop them off within minutes, then head out again unencumbered – no more struggling on the subway with heavy loads. The dining options downstairs are so abundant it’s hard to choose! From authentic takoyaki and okonomiyaki to ramen shops and izakayas that still have queues late into the night, you'll never have to worry about going hungry. Staying here truly makes for a perfect trip where everything you need – from vibrant city life to delicious food and entertainment – is right at your doorstep. It’s definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Osaka; I highly recommend it to everyone!

Guest UserThis hotel is super close to Namba Station, which is a major transportation hub. It's a new hotel with very new facilities. The room is a bit small but very well-designed, and the bedding is really comfortable. The hotel has a very 'Thai' scent, which is quite unique. It seems they don't usually offer free room upgrades, but when I arrived, the front desk proactively offered a discounted upgrade. The hotel is also very near to Takashimaya and other shopping spots. The Namba area is great for exploring, and you can get to Umeda in just four subway stops. Definitely worth staying here!

FabairimengdexiaolongIf you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

Guest UserHotel Intergate Osaka Umeda is a high-end hotel offering great value for money and a good level of self-service.
[Rose] **Location:** It's close to Osaka Umeda Station, with shuttle buses nearby to the airport, Sannomiya, and other destinations. The heart of the Umeda commercial district is just a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel is surrounded by places like the Hilton and Herbis Plaza. A 7-Eleven and the delicious Komeda's Kitchen for breakfast are both within about a hundred meters.
🍄 **Public Areas:** The hotel is in an independent building with the front desk on the second floor, serviced by 4 elevators. One of them goes directly from the first floor, but during peak times with many guests checking in, you might have to wait. On the 18th floor, there's a gym and a large public bath, popular with Western guests. The self-service laundry room on the same floor has 6 washer-dryer combos, which are easy to use and reasonably priced. Next to the front desk, you can pick up complimentary toiletries, and guests with children can get a special kids' kit. To the left of the front desk is the self-service restaurant, where breakfast costs extra (free for children under 3). At other times, complimentary drinks and snacks are available for hotel guests. To the right of the front desk, the lounge area features large sofas and a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. Adjacent to this is a separate self-service luggage storage area; if you need to store luggage, it's recommended to do so before 9 AM. There's even a thoughtful luggage scale provided. Each floor also has self-service beverage vending machines, ice makers, and microwaves.
[Candy] **Room Facilities:** The rooms have a long, narrow layout, with a compact bathroom. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent. Detailed instructions for using the hotel's facilities are provided in the room and are easy to follow. If you need your room cleaned, simply place the magnetic sign on your door in advance.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but transportation is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to Tenmabashi. The complimentary cookies at check-in were delicious! The room layout is well-designed; we could fit a stroller and open two large suitcases comfortably. Plus, the baby cot was free, though it needed to be reserved in advance.

Dot2 CFantastic location! Just cross the traffic light and you are right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Whoever loves Lululemon it is just right opposite the hotel. The room come with washing machine which is great for families. The only thing not good is that the hotel lighting is insufficient. It’s a little bit dim. Definitely will stay again because of its location.

cici0414The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were all incredibly nice and super patient! The location is really convenient – you just take the Karasuma Line to Shijo Station, and it's right outside exit 6. There's a Starbucks, a Torikizoku (yakitori restaurant), and a drug store right by the hotel entrance. Daimaru department store is only a few minutes' walk away, and if you keep going past Daimaru, you can reach Shinkyogoku and Takashimaya. I originally booked three nights but ended up staying a whole week! It's not noisy at night, except for the occasional motorcycle. Highly recommend! The first picture shows the hotel's location.

Shanghai CNGood option for a hotel during rainy days as you can enjoy the Spa and resort. Water parks and games (billiard, ping-pong) cost extra charge. Staff speaks little English but everything with clear English instructions. Room was bigger then expdcted and the Hotel Annexe was surprisingly quite. Good connection by metro and train. Some tourists attraction reachable by 20 minutes walk. Your close to an amusement area but had no security concern. Breakfast ok. Luggage storage is complicated but at less feasible at arrivalbif you have suitcase (selfservice locker), but a big handicap if you really need it.

The location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.
