"Absolutely amazing! It's very quiet and the hotel's location is superb, just a few hundred meters from Osaka Station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The complimentary toiletries provided are excellent, and there's free afternoon drinks and coffee on the third floor. On the fourth floor, you can enjoy a free bath in the evening. The room has a fridge, and it's super affordable! Anyway, highly recommended! It's also kid-friendly; you can borrow picture books for free, and the slippers are adorable! 🥰 The service is excellent too, with both Chinese and English-speaking staff available!"

"Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)"

"This hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The location is a bit hard to judge because I took a wrong turn coming from the airport. It's about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Shinsaibashi for shopping. The positive review is for the male staff member who spoke Chinese. The female staff member who checked me in was very unfriendly and the process was complicated. The male staff member resolved the issue later, and his attitude was exceptionally good. Although I still don't understand what was wrong with the previous room, he eventually moved me to a family room, and I was able to check in smoothly. Some luggage can be left at the front desk, while others are required to be stored on the first floor in self-locking lockers. I'm not quite sure why there's a difference. The room facilities are excellent and very new. The breakfast is delicious, just like at other Tokyu Stay hotels. You pick up your toiletries yourself, and there's complimentary coffee."

"I've stayed at various Koko hotels many times, and they generally offer good value for money. Hotels around Namba Station in a similar price range are either too old or too far from the subway. This Sennichimae location is excellent! Coming from Kobe on the Hanshin Electric Railway, exit at the west exit. You'll come up into the 'Walk' underground mall. Walk along the right side of the underground mall and look for exit B30 (pictured in photo five). Next to it is a small cafe with a bear painted on the wall 🐻. After climbing the stairs, you'll see a 7-Eleven, and right next door is the hotel. (Be aware that several exits in this area are all stairs, I didn't see any with elevators, so if you have large luggage, it might be a bit strenuous). The room size is relatively small. You can open one 26-inch suitcase, but two would probably be difficult! The hotel is quite new, and toiletries can be picked up from the lobby on the first floor. The hairdryer is still not very good, unfortunately. Check-in was very convenient with a Chinese-speaking staff member. There are plenty of dining options in the shopping street downstairs, as well as general stores and cosmetics shops. Plus, you can walk directly to Namba Station underground, which is really convenient."

"The transportation here is incredibly convenient! Whether you're heading to Tennoji or taking the JR to Osaka Station, the subway entrance is right at the corner. Super convenient! I was assigned a room on a higher floor with a great view! Although the room isn't huge, there's still plenty of space even with two 24-inch suitcases. The room is also very clean! The facilities and attention to detail are excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka!"

"Had an enjoyable stay here at Mercure! Amenities were complete, housekeeping & receptionists were friendly and able to converse in English which made our stay more pleasant. Location of the hotel is sooo convenient. - a 10-min walk from Shinsaibashi/Namba station - has family mart and donki nearby - taxi fare from the hotel to Nankai Namba Station (for the airport) was 1,400 won - all you have to do is cross the main road and you’ll already arrive at Shinsaibashi shopping street! My luggage was also damaged during my flight to Osaka, so the staff politely helped to handle the disposal of my luggage for free. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the superrrr dark lighting in the room. There were times I had to use my phone’s flashlight to find things but it was still bearable for me. Overall, thank you, Mercure :)"

"The hotel is super close to the subway station, right at the exit. The room was generally clean, and both comfort and quietness were good. It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, about 15 minutes. Breakfast was quite expensive, so I didn't eat at the hotel; there's a Matsuya across the street which was a good alternative."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Pros: It's very close to Higobashi JR station, making it super convenient to get to Nishi-Umeda. Right outside the hotel, there's a coffee shop, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, a popular ramen place (Jinkotora – delicious!), Matsuya, and Starbucks. The location is absolutely fantastic. Cons: There's no housekeeping service, not even for 'green' cleaning. They only hang towels outside your door. I really wish this information had been disclosed when I booked, rather than finding out only after I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed about that. Secondly, the trash cans are tiny and don't come with trash bags. So, you can imagine the hallways on our floor were covered in unpackaged trash. Since there were no trash bags in the room, we tried to eat our takeaway in the lobby, but were told we couldn't eat anything there. Well, nothing we could do about that. I visited during the May Day Golden Week holiday, paying 2000 RMB for 3 nights. For that price, wouldn't a B&B have been a better option? While the location is good, I won't be returning to this hotel. I hope someone finds my objective review helpful. Thank you."

"Stayed at the hotel for almost three weeks. The location is very good for the price. The hotel itself may not be the newest, but it’s quite well thought out. Overall it’s quiet, though sometimes I was woken up by sirens since there’s a police station nearby and a fire station a bit further away. The reception is good, housekeeping is good, and the breakfasts are decent. Also, note that the hotel is close to metro stations on both the purple and green lines. The purple line (near the 7-Eleven) goes directly to Umeda, from where you can easily reach Kyoto and Kobe, and from Tennoji you can get to Nara. The green line will take you to the aquarium. I went to Osaka Castle almost every day because it’s so close - highly recommend visiting it in the evening, around 8 PM. It’s a great experience: very few people and the castle looks amazing when illuminated. There are also McDonald’s and Burger King nearby with self-service kiosks that accept ICOCA and Suica, just like the 7-Eleven and other nearby convenience stores. I especially recommend evening walks from the hotel to Dotonbori via Hommachi. Along the way you’ll pass boutiques with beautiful displays, including luxury car showrooms."

While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable. * **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store. * **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem. 🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities** The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views. * **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue. * **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience."
