"Absolutely amazing! It's very quiet and the hotel's location is superb, just a few hundred meters from Osaka Station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The complimentary toiletries provided are excellent, and there's free afternoon drinks and coffee on the third floor. On the fourth floor, you can enjoy a free bath in the evening. The room has a fridge, and it's super affordable! Anyway, highly recommended! It's also kid-friendly; you can borrow picture books for free, and the slippers are adorable! 🥰 The service is excellent too, with both Chinese and English-speaking staff available!"

"Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)"

"I've stayed at various Koko hotels many times, and they generally offer good value for money. Hotels around Namba Station in a similar price range are either too old or too far from the subway. This Sennichimae location is excellent! Coming from Kobe on the Hanshin Electric Railway, exit at the west exit. You'll come up into the 'Walk' underground mall. Walk along the right side of the underground mall and look for exit B30 (pictured in photo five). Next to it is a small cafe with a bear painted on the wall 🐻. After climbing the stairs, you'll see a 7-Eleven, and right next door is the hotel. (Be aware that several exits in this area are all stairs, I didn't see any with elevators, so if you have large luggage, it might be a bit strenuous). The room size is relatively small. You can open one 26-inch suitcase, but two would probably be difficult! The hotel is quite new, and toiletries can be picked up from the lobby on the first floor. The hairdryer is still not very good, unfortunately. Check-in was very convenient with a Chinese-speaking staff member. There are plenty of dining options in the shopping street downstairs, as well as general stores and cosmetics shops. Plus, you can walk directly to Namba Station underground, which is really convenient."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama. After arriving from Kyoto, where we had a slightly unpleasant hotel experience, staying here was a refreshing change. We booked the Relaxing Room and loved the spacious layout, especially the seating area where we could unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the massage machine provided in the room. Since exploring Osaka involved a lot of walking, we often ended the day with sore legs and cramps, and the machine genuinely helped us relax. The room was clean, and the bathtub was perfect for soaking and unwinding after a busy day. True to its name, the room was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only minor drawback would be the location. We liked how quiet Kitahama was, as it is primarily a business district, but it may feel a little far from popular tourist areas such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which could be slightly inconvenient for some travellers, especially families. However, this was not an issue for us as a couple, as we enjoyed walking around the area. If we return to Osaka, we would definitely love to stay here again. 🙌"

"Had an enjoyable stay here at Mercure! Amenities were complete, housekeeping & receptionists were friendly and able to converse in English which made our stay more pleasant. Location of the hotel is sooo convenient. - a 10-min walk from Shinsaibashi/Namba station - has family mart and donki nearby - taxi fare from the hotel to Nankai Namba Station (for the airport) was 1,400 won - all you have to do is cross the main road and you’ll already arrive at Shinsaibashi shopping street! My luggage was also damaged during my flight to Osaka, so the staff politely helped to handle the disposal of my luggage for free. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the superrrr dark lighting in the room. There were times I had to use my phone’s flashlight to find things but it was still bearable for me. Overall, thank you, Mercure :)"

"I booked this hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The air conditioning, hot water, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were professional and patient, checking me in quickly. The cleaning staff were meticulous. The lobby was tidy and quiet, creating a simple yet comfortable atmosphere. The price was reasonable, offering incredible value for money. Definitely no regrets with this choice; it's a top pick for accommodation and highly recommended."

"Stayed at the hotel for almost three weeks. The location is very good for the price. The hotel itself may not be the newest, but it’s quite well thought out. Overall it’s quiet, though sometimes I was woken up by sirens since there’s a police station nearby and a fire station a bit further away. The reception is good, housekeeping is good, and the breakfasts are decent. Also, note that the hotel is close to metro stations on both the purple and green lines. The purple line (near the 7-Eleven) goes directly to Umeda, from where you can easily reach Kyoto and Kobe, and from Tennoji you can get to Nara. The green line will take you to the aquarium. I went to Osaka Castle almost every day because it’s so close - highly recommend visiting it in the evening, around 8 PM. It’s a great experience: very few people and the castle looks amazing when illuminated. There are also McDonald’s and Burger King nearby with self-service kiosks that accept ICOCA and Suica, just like the 7-Eleven and other nearby convenience stores. I especially recommend evening walks from the hotel to Dotonbori via Hommachi. Along the way you’ll pass boutiques with beautiful displays, including luxury car showrooms."

Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable. * **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store. * **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem. 🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities** The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views. * **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms.
