"Such an incredibly comfortable experience! When I entered the room, there was a large cloth bag on the bed. I opened it to find a very delicate and comfortable portable massager. I immediately plugged it in and enjoyed a 30-minute massage. It has four massage points, which felt incredibly good. 🩷🩷 The toiletries downstairs also included some wonderfully fragrant bath salts. This is the first time I've ever encountered bath salts provided at a hotel, and I've stayed in many! 🩵🩵 Plus, there's 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. I can truly say this was an exceptionally comfortable and homely hotel stay. Thumbs up! 💙💙"

"It is a new and modern hotel with soft and soothing ambience, that is also very functional, and efficient. There is automation for registration and departure process, self-operated coin laundry machines secured with your own pin codes, and a spacious and beautiful hot bath serviced by timed fresh cold water let into each bath area regularly. Still, the human service is not neglected in the hotel. The lifts will always stop at the 4th floor where the reception is, and during the day, there will always be a staff standing there to greet you with a smile, or in case you require any assistance. The cheery breakfast team at the restaurant has been very diligent and despite they may be super busy, they make sure they maintain top-notch service standards and sometimes go above and beyond to make sure the diners are comfortable. The reception team is also very competent and quick-witted. Both requests we made via the phone from our rooms were received within 10-15mins. Our request to deliver our luggage were also processed swiftly and hassle-free. We told them our dates, flight number and our room number and they were able to complete the delivery form for us with our details in their records. Despite having many guests wanting to approach them at the same time, they are still able to provide very personalised service to each and every one. Very impressive. Lastly, the hotel provides unlimited free skin care and hair products such as facial serum, moisturiser, masks etc and you could take them freely from the reception and bath area. You could also choose from an unlimited selection of aromatherapy by portion to enjoy in your room. Although the room and the window is a little small as with most hotels in Japan, the beds are comfortable and shower is great. Location of the hotel is not bad once you learnt how to navigate around. Lots of eateries and it is just 5mins to walk to different exits to underground malls/train stations. Would recommend the hotel to my friends! Thanks for the impeccable service!"

"Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath. Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations."

"Overall, my stay at Welina Hotel Premier Nakanoshima East was good and comfortable 🏨✨ The hotel was very clean, and everything felt well organized and maintained 🧹🌿 The location was also very convenient, making it easy to move around Osaka and reach different attractions 📍🚶♀️ The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant 😊✨ When I arrived around noon, there was no one at the reception for about 30 minutes, which was a bit uncomfortable after a long trip ⏰ After someone arrived, I was told that early check in was not possible and I had to wait until 3 PM. It would have been nicer if there was a little more flexibility in this situation 🙏 Also, inside the room there were only two bottles of water provided, but no tea or coffee, which was slightly disappointing ☕🚫 That said, overall it was still a good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, and I would still consider it a good option for travelers visiting Osaka 🌿🏨✨"

"The location is excellent and very convenient, though the room is a bit small – a common characteristic of Japanese hotels. However, they offer two cleaning options: the 'simple' mode is indeed very basic. The toiletries provided are Kao, not Pola."

"Hotel is clean and comfortable and feel luxurious. Hotel is directly above the Osaka station. It is very accessible considering we just arrived as our first stop in Japan. Bed is comfortable and toilet is clean too. Wish to have more than 1 night stay here. If I have to nitpick on one thing that can be improve, I would think of the pillow. It came with only one pillow per bed for us (not sure if this only happen to our room). It could be nice to have 2 different pillow for preference. But I think u may ask the concierge for more pillows, but we didn’t."

"The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity. The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with."

"Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track. Location is good for those traveling to Osaka via Shinkansen as hotel is near to Shin-Osaka station. Easy to find foods and traveling to most of the tourists attractions."

"We loved everything about this hotel. The location is good around 70mts from the nearest station. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of variety. The staff is very cordial and friendly. The entities are not provided in the room and need to be collected from the reception (a bit of inconvenience). The room size is pretty small for a group of 3. The bathroom is also very small. There is not enough space to open the luggage on the floor. Overall a good hotel- efficient and clean but small for a family of 3."

"I booked a deluxe room with executive lounge access this time, and the experience was fantastic. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The snacks at the executive lounge were delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Daimaru department store and with a subway station downstairs. Absolutely great value for money."
