"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms. It's about a 6-minute walk from Namba Station West Exit and comes with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The room was clean and tidy, and they also offer luggage storage."

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable hotel. Really couldn't fault anything about the room other than the bathtub - which is a shower-over-bathtub which can be a fall risk. There's a resident lounge on Level 6 where you can get ice, coffee and tea. Service by staff at the reception is cheerful and prompt. Very near to Kuromon market where you can buy fruits and eat Japanese beef or fugu fish. A slightly longer walk to Namba station. Even though the location of this hotel is considered Namba, I can't help wondering if it's on the ”wrong” side of Namba, due to the vibes of the shops just next to the hotel. About 10 minutes level walk to Namba Metro where you can catch the train to the airport."

"The room was great, and the area was really quiet. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I get the chance. The amenities were comprehensive; I particularly appreciated having a microwave and a fridge. The water heater was a bit tricky to operate, though. It's also quite close to Namba, about a ten-minute walk away."

"I've stayed in some pretty luxurious five-star hotels and villa hotels in Hokkaido, Tokyo, and Hakone before, all costing upwards of CNY 2000 per night, with the one in Hokkaido even reaching CNY 4000. However, my room at this Tokyu hotel offered an unprecedented level of value for money. Since I was traveling solo, the price for one person wasn't high, and given that it's positioned as a business hotel, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. The room itself was well-equipped, featuring a spacious bathroom, a washing machine, and a microwave. The refrigerator was also quite large and included a freezer compartment. The hairdryer and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) were from Refa. The room was bright and spacious, allowing for a very restful night's sleep. The night view was also quite good. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit noisy from the cars passing by on the road, so earplugs were necessary. Also, there was some dust on the window frame of the floor-to-ceiling window that hadn't been cleaned. The location was excellent, conveniently close to two subway stations. The Omakase sushi restaurant I booked was just a 5-minute walk across the street. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was the breakfast; the variety was quite limited. Given the price point, and having stayed for three nights, I only managed to get the salmon set once during breakfast. It's worth noting that at this Tokyu business economy hotel, room cleaning only involves changing towels and emptying the trash. There's also no complimentary bottled water provided."

"This hotel is perfect for solo travelers visiting Osaka for a shopping spree. The rooms are simple, just right for catching some sleep, but don't expect many amenities – you'll need to bring your own. The lounge area on the first floor is quite spacious, offering a small kitchen, vending machines, washing machines, and free luggage lockers. In Osaka, where hotel prices are skyrocketing, especially with Tennoji right next door making transportation convenient, this place is an absolute steal for the price. Excellent value for money!"

"I actually think the hotel is great! It's not as small as some people say; my 24-inch suitcase could open up with room to spare. The best part is the location – it's right in the CBD, safe, clean, and not noisy at all. There are multiple malls just across the street, and downstairs you'll find convenience stores, drugstores, and places to eat wagyu and yakitori. Highly recommend!"

"The location seemed great at first, but it's actually not that close to the subway station. The surrounding area is full of food streets, and there isn't a convenient store nearby either. Perhaps because there are too many people staying here, it gets quite noisy in the mornings. I haven't encountered this situation in other capsule hotels."

"Not super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. However, the room size is decent, and the environment is quite clean. The check-out time is too early though; you have to check out by 10 AM."

"I chose this hotel near the airport the night before my flight because I had an early morning departure. I arrived for check-in around 4 PM, and as soon as I got there, I regretted not coming earlier. I should have arrived first thing in the morning to enjoy the sea view and go shopping. The sea view from downstairs is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset on the beach in the evening was incredibly relaxing. There are many outlet brands here, enough to spend a whole day browsing, though they do close at 8 PM, so plan your time accordingly. The shopping village near the hotel also has several restaurants with decent value for money, so dining is always an option. The hotel is conveniently located right outside Exit 1 of the Rinku Town subway station. You don't even need to exit the station to get to the tower for check-in. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs where you can grab snacks and drinks. When checking in, I pre-booked the shuttle for the next day and got my boarding pass. The next morning, I just went to the lobby of the adjacent hotel to catch the shuttle, and it was a super convenient 10-minute ride to Kansai Airport. The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I've stayed in in Japan so far. There's a living room right as you enter, a bathroom with a bathtub in the middle, and then the bedroom further inside. There was plenty of space to lay out two large suitcases. The window offers a bay view. Next time, I'd definitely consider staying for two consecutive nights to enjoy the food and shopping without any rush."
