"Fantastic location! Just cross the traffic light and you are right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Whoever loves Lululemon it is just right opposite the hotel. The room come with washing machine which is great for families. The only thing not good is that the hotel lighting is insufficient. It’s a little bit dim. Definitely will stay again because of its location."

"Stayed at the hotel for almost three weeks. The location is very good for the price. The hotel itself may not be the newest, but it’s quite well thought out. Overall it’s quiet, though sometimes I was woken up by sirens since there’s a police station nearby and a fire station a bit further away. The reception is good, housekeeping is good, and the breakfasts are decent. Also, note that the hotel is close to metro stations on both the purple and green lines. The purple line (near the 7-Eleven) goes directly to Umeda, from where you can easily reach Kyoto and Kobe, and from Tennoji you can get to Nara. The green line will take you to the aquarium. I went to Osaka Castle almost every day because it’s so close - highly recommend visiting it in the evening, around 8 PM. It’s a great experience: very few people and the castle looks amazing when illuminated. There are also McDonald’s and Burger King nearby with self-service kiosks that accept ICOCA and Suica, just like the 7-Eleven and other nearby convenience stores. I especially recommend evening walks from the hotel to Dotonbori via Hommachi. Along the way you’ll pass boutiques with beautiful displays, including luxury car showrooms."

"The Osaka Ebisu Hotel is a diamond in the rough right smack in the middle of eateries, and souvenir shops. Besides the blood stain on our bed sheet, I would highly recommend that both early check in price and late check out prices are advertised. Usually most hotels would give an extra hour, they did not. So FYI its 2000 YEN per person for an early check in if your rooms available and for a late check out of up to an hour it is 2000 YEN. Gentlemen downstairs with really slow English stuttered at first saying 1000 YEN, but quickly corrected himself to state 2000 YEN. Overall experience was great for a laat minute booking - shower is majestic."

"This place is great for longer stays, especially since the room has a washing machine (detergent included!) and a microwave. It's super convenient for laundry and heating up meals. What really stands out is how spacious the room is – 28 square meters is a real rarity in Japan, especially for a standard business trip. However, if you're staying for a while, the breakfast can get repetitive. The main dishes are just the two types shown in the pictures, every single day. The other options are mostly drinks, so not much variety. The taste is fine, but it gets old after a few days. On the ground floor, there's a free luggage storage area where you can use your transit card, and it's also a nice spot to relax and charge your devices. Overall, I had a good experience."

"This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"I chose this hotel when traveling from Kyoto to Osaka mainly for its convenient access to the airport (via the Nankai Line). Since it was Golden Week, the hotel was a bit pricey, and after reading reviews that the breakfast was just okay, I decided to eat out. For breakfast, I went to Dotonbori and had the Ryukyu Ramen (the one with extra pork for 1200 yen was a better deal than the 970 yen option). For dinner, I had seafood rice at Daiki Suisan, which was reasonably priced. To get here, take the Midosuji Line and exit at Exit 7. The area is surrounded by shopping malls, you could spend forever exploring them. City Park even has a Montbell store with immediate tax refunds. Unlike the Sotetsu hotel in Kyoto, this one doesn't have facial masks at the front desk. The basement floor of Takashimaya is full of bento boxes, perfect for taking back to the hotel to eat."

"Located right above Yodobashi Camera Umeda, it's easy to find once you get your bearings, and the location is fantastic for shopping. There's a queue for check-in promptly at 3 PM every afternoon. If you arrive early, you can scan a QR code to store your luggage and go out to shop or eat. The room is standard size and layout for a Japanese business hotel, and the cleanliness is fine. There's a FamilyMart and Daikoku Drugstore downstairs. Ichiran Ramen is just a short walk away. It's also very close to Hankyu Sanbangai; we didn't find it inconvenient to walk with our luggage to the station to catch a bus to Arima Onsen. Overall, it's a great place."

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."
