The hotel's location is excellent, especially for getting to Kyoto and Kobe via JR. Housekeeping was very prompt and thorough every day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, I even wanted to buy a set for my home! The toiletries provided were also very good. The room was quite spacious; we could easily lay out two suitcases without any issue. The water pressure in the sink was a bit low, hope they can improve that. It was my first time in Umeda, and finding the hotel was a bit confusing. I'd suggest providing a universal directional map.

The green space below the room is worth a look. It's super convenient to get to from the JR West Exit. The gym is decent (though a bit small), and the lounge on the sixth floor is a definite plus. Breakfast was a little too Western for my taste!

First time staying here! I chose this hotel after looking at many options, mainly because it's new. It's super convenient as there's a direct walkway to Lucua, where you can grab a meal right in the mall. The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards, and the vanity area is big too. It has a separate wet and dry area, plus a dedicated workspace. Overall, it offers great value for money!

Hotel is clean and comfortable and feel luxurious. Hotel is directly above the Osaka station. It is very accessible considering we just arrived as our first stop in Japan. Bed is comfortable and toilet is clean too. Wish to have more than 1 night stay here. If I have to nitpick on one thing that can be improve, I would think of the pillow. It came with only one pillow per bed for us (not sure if this only happen to our room). It could be nice to have 2 different pillow for preference. But I think u may ask the concierge for more pillows, but we didn’t.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the room is very spacious. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and the environment is clean and tidy. The service is also excellent. You can check in quickly and easily using the machine on the 5th floor at the front desk.

The view outside the window was a construction site, and the room creaked loudly everywhere at noon, which was very noisy. The space wasn't large, and there was a completely useless large hallway included in the 35 square meters. There was a TV blocking the window, affecting the view.
