THE GATE HOTEL OSAKA by HULIC

We had an amazing time at The Gate Osaka. It’s well located and connected to a mall and JR station Shinsaibashi. The lobby is on level 26 and the rooms are between 16 to 25 floor. Wonderful view of the building and streets. We have access to level 28 lounge where you can have beverages and light snacks daily. The room is spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again if we manage to get a good rate during off peak season.

Had a wonderful stay at The Gate Hotel Osaka! ✨ The hotel has a modern and stylish design, with comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring Osaka, shopping, and enjoying the local food scene. The views are beautiful, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Osaka. Highly recommended! ❤️🇯🇵

I would like to commend the interior design and the five-star service provided by your hospitality team. I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast set served at the 28th-floor lounge; however, I noted an issue with the guest elevators, which appear to have ventilation drawing odors from the kitchen. Furthermore, the open-concept layout of the western breakfast area on the 26th floor causes cooking aromas to permeate the entire lobby space.

The hospitality and service of the front desk is definitely 100/10. I arrived late due to congestion at the customs, and they were welcoming despite the wee hours. Housekeeping really needs to pull up their socks, I was given two unsatisfactory room with stains on the bedsheet before finally hitting it third time lucky. The front desk person was really patient and helpful, so I truly appreciate the service provided. Will come back here again if I return to Osaka, and hopefully the housekeeping side has improved by then.

10/10 hotel. Location is fantastic (direct access to subway and mall) and the rooms are well designed. The views are incredible from the rooms, reception and lounge. Will return for sure.
