"I was a bit worried because of the low price, but the location was great and the room was clean. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but I had absolutely no trouble communicating. There's not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, the grout in the bathroom seemed a little dirty. However, considering the good price, convenient location, and clean room which was exactly as pictured, it's a place I'd definitely want to stay at again if I visit Osaka in the future."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tsutenkaku Tower and just one stop away from Dotonbori. While there might be places with better value for money, this one is still quite good. As it's a new hotel, the room facilities are brand new and odorless, and the hygiene is excellent. The room layout is a bit unique; the main bedroom area is smaller than a typical 20-square-meter hotel room, making it very compact. Also, the window in my room was completely blocked by an outside building. However, the bathroom setup is fantastic, with a separate toilet and shower/bathtub. I recommend choosing based on your preferences. There's also a hot spring bath on the rooftop. Overall, the conditions are very good."

"This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^"

"It's a bit of a walk dragging suitcases, a bit tiring, but the feeling of relief upon arrival at the hotel is amazing. The vibe is great, new, and clean – I only found out it had only opened a few months prior when I stayed there. It's a good place to get out before it starts to run down. The management is excellent, and it should be well-maintained for a long time. It's modern and fully equipped for just over a thousand baht, but it's perfect for those who can handle the walk. It's about 2 km round trip to the bustling shopping areas of Doton, Namba, and Shinsaibashi, plus you could spend time strolling around, shopping, and then relaxing in the bathtub. Done! I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate too much if you prefer a more relaxed experience; if you're feeling tipsy, you could head to a bar near the canal and then walk back, but you'll sober up by the time you get to the hotel. It depends on your lifestyle. In short, I loved how new and pristine it was. It's stylish, and the facilities and amenities are top-notch. Book it without hesitation!"

"The location in the heart of Osaka is fantastic. You can walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market within 3 minutes. The staff are friendly. After check-out, they held our luggage, which was great for a quick Don Quijote shopping trip or a meal before heading to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and left feeling refreshed."

"The hotel is not far from Namba Station. The staff provided good service, which was impressive. There's no front desk; you check in yourself, but it's not difficult. There are many amenities, such as a washing machine, kitchenware, an electric stove, and a refrigerator. The room is decorated in a Japanese style and is new and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The location of the hotel is great, close to many of the attractions and especially if you love food. The staff was kind, but the room was not clean, also all the towels contained hair from other people which is not very convenient when traveling with a baby. Also don’t understand that the rooftop bar closes at 9pm while it apparently has a great view.."

"Overall, it was very clean and nice. The receptionist was from overseas, and it seemed like they were still getting used to things since the hotel had just opened, but they were very polite, had a lovely smile, and left a good impression! The amenities are limited, so you'll need to bring your own comb, cotton pads, cotton swabs, makeup remover, lotion, and other skincare products. The shampoo was an all-in-one shampoo with body wash. Conditioner was provided separately. There was no nightwear, so you'll need to bring your own. Because it's close to the station, you could hear the trains running quite a bit from early in the morning, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to bring earplugs or something similar."

"1. Opposite exits 17/18 of the subway station, you'll find the Senba Center. Its basement has a food street with small eateries, offering prices more reasonable than tourist areas. 2. I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests. There was no wait at check-in or check-out, and I didn't experience the 10-minute elevator wait some others mentioned. 3. The bathroom is indeed tiny. When you sit on the toilet and close the door, your face is almost touching it. 4. This is a new hotel, so the facilities are new, and the design is simple and bright. It even has Type C charging ports. 5. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. However, on the first day, when I opened the curtains, I noticed that the kettle, illuminated by the sunlight, had dust on its body."
