"The service was very excellent! Room was simple enough for travellers who will be out and about for most parts of the day! It's conveniently located near Shinsekai area, with many izakayas you can choose from. Walking to popular destinations like tsutenkaku tower and tennoji zoo is possible! The walk from the subway was also very short (about 5 minutes)! However, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of heavy smokers! If you are sensitive to tobacco smoke, please be aware of this! This area also does not seem to be very family friendly so be aware if you are travelling with kids! The room is also too small to lay out two medium luggages unless you do it by the toilet! The toilet is also kind of narrow, which may be inconvenient for the elderly! Otherwise, I think the hotel is a great and cheap option!"

"Our family of four stayed at this new hotel, and right from the moment we checked in at the front desk, we were met with incredibly friendly service. The staff even offered the kids a gashapon capsule toy and provided a map with information on nearby attractions and transportation. The complimentary amenities near the front desk were varied and very practical. The room was spacious, and since the hotel is newly opened, all the facilities were brand new. My family members raved about their experience at the public bath! Highly recommended! There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, and even a large toy store nearby – it’s fantastic. Plus, it’s super close to the subway station. If we ever visit Osaka again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel!"

"This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^"

"There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just over 100 meters away, but Lawson is a bit further. My English isn't great, but the front desk service was excellent! They were so patient and even used their phone to translate into Chinese. The hotel is quite new, so the overall environment is good. It's perfectly fine for one person, but I think it would be a bit small for two."

"The location in the heart of Osaka is fantastic. You can walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market within 3 minutes. The staff are friendly. After check-out, they held our luggage, which was great for a quick Don Quijote shopping trip or a meal before heading to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and left feeling refreshed."

"We had a great stay here. Everything was perfect in the room. Very easy to find an easy to access. The bathroom was very clean. We love the ambience in the living room/bedroom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity. The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with."

"The hotel is newly opened and clean, but the air conditioning in the room I booked was broken. Staff came up to test it several times but it didn't work, so I requested a room change and an upgrade, but ended up with twin beds. I informed a male staff member about a late check-out at 1 PM, and a female staff member called around noon. I felt the communication between the staff seemed a bit confusing, perhaps because it's a new hotel."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money, a truly pleasant surprise! The hotel itself is quite new and not too far from the subway station. Being located at Honmachi Station, you can even walk to Shinsaibashi, and Umeda is also very close, making it convenient to get anywhere without being too noisy. Although the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped, clean, and the bed is comfortable. My room was on the 29th floor; when I opened the curtains, there was plenty of natural light, and absolutely no street noise. Downstairs, there's a laundry room with washer-dryer combos, and complimentary toothbrushes are available for self-service. Plus, right next to the front desk downstairs is a Lawson convenience store, so if you need to grab anything small, it's super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps the only minor drawback is that the water temperature in the bathroom wasn't quite hot enough."

"This place was really great! It seems like it used to be a mansion, as you use a key to lock and unlock the door, and the interior of the hotel was very spacious. There was an induction cooktop and a cooking area, but I didn't end up using them. It felt like a 1LDK (1 living room, dining room, kitchen) type of apartment, and the size was perfect for two people. However, since it's located near Ebisucho Station, getting to Namba was a bit inconvenient. I'd recommend it more for those who plan to visit Denden Town or Shinsekai frequently. Just a heads up, you have to go to the information desk on the first floor every time to get fresh towels from the staff!"
