The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you are visiting the EUR district. It is close to public transportation, making it convenient to reach the city center while enjoying a quieter environment. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Aurora, Giuliana, and Louise for their kindness, prompt responses, and genuine hospitality. They made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated how quickly my requests, such as toiletries and other amenities, were handled.
