"i will list down the good, the average and the bad. Good: Location is good. Near to bus station and train station. Easily access to any tourist attractions. And the cleaning staff did their job, the room is clean and towels are changed. Average: Breakfast was quite normal without much selection to choose from. Same food for the buffet. Bad: The internet is unusable or pretty slow. The lift broke down and only 1 lift is available for 9 floors. The hotel in need of major revamp to catch up with times. They have a nice location but unfortunately, the facilities are in the 90s."
