The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and cool. Our room was right in front of the elevator, so we could hear people passing by, but other than that, noise wasn't an issue. I was a bit worried about safety since it's located a little off the main road, but there were no suspicious people around, so it was fine. If you're arriving at night, I'd recommend walking along Cavour Street from the front of Termini Station; that should be safe. There was a trick to opening the room key, and when I couldn't open it and went to the front desk, they kindly came with me to help. They also made sure to close the entrance door to prevent unauthorized access, which made me feel secure about the safety measures. The only downside was that when we checked in, the window was open for ventilation, and since there was no screen, there were some fly-like insects in the room. A hairdryer, slippers, and a mini-fridge were provided. There wasn't any tissue paper, so you'll need to use toilet paper or bring your own if you need it. Overall, if I were to stay in Rome again, I would definitely choose this place.

The hotel's location is midway between the old city and multiple attractions, making it more suitable for travelers with higher mobility. The hotel room is big, air-conditioned, everything is fine. I was absolutely thrilled to learn that there could be a room designed like this with a bunk bed where you don’t have to climb a shaky ladder instead you can get on the steps and easily access your bed. I was on the top berth and the room even had a balcony and a very big bathroom with toilet. We also have massive lockers big enough to fit a large suitcase.. very close to Metro stations as well. The staff were very polite.

The staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very pleasant. We really appreciated them accommodating our special request to switch to a twin room. However, it does have a spacious balcony which adds to the feeling of openness. Another great feature was having warm air heaters in both the bathroom and bedroom, which helped our laundry dry very quickly. This was incredibly helpful as we were in the middle of a European tour and truly appreciated being able to dry our clothes thoroughly. We also felt very safe using them without worrying about fire hazards. The only minor issue was that the elevator was quite slow, so we often opted for the stairs. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel for our stay.
