This hotel is located in the heart of Rome, just a few hundred meters from the Colosseum, a mere 5-minute walk. Other attractions are also within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety. There's a rooftop pool and a terrace with great views. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small, and in the twin room, there aren't enough charging outlets; one of the beds couldn't be charged from a nearby outlet.

I highly recommend this hotel for those who are going to Rome. Access to tourist spots and cleanliness of the room are great, but above all, the hospitality of the female owner is wonderful. Immediately after arriving, he greeted me with a warm smile and served me delicious drinks and snacks. Also, please use the map of Rome to tell us how to access major tourist destinations, hidden tourist attractions that you tend to miss, recommended restaurants close to the hotel, and points to note when taking the subway. I did. We were preparing for transportation before the trip, but we were very grateful for us tourists to teach us how to get there and how to feel the distance from those who actually live. We were not very good at English, but it was easy to hear because the owner spoke slowly and simple English. Also, our mobile charger broke during our stay, but when I talked about the situation, another woman was very helpful to lend me the charger. The sister of the hotel is very enthusiastic and patient! The first day I went to Rome to stay at this house, the network was not good at the beginning, the translation software was down, she repeated it many times to my translation software, and she was still smiling. We arrived at 10 AM and had some trouble finding the entrance. The main door was closed, and no one answered when we knocked. We called the phone number, but the person only spoke Italian. Fortunately, some guests were leaving and helped us get inside. There was no one at the reception, but later someone responded in English via WhatsApp. We left our bags and came back later — the room was ready on time at 3 PM. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.

Great location, friendly host, great pizza bar across the road. Close to train terminal. Would have liked if safe was secured and able to be used and air conditioner in need of cleaning/service as mouldy. Overall an okay stay

The hotel's location is midway between the old city and multiple attractions, making it more suitable for travelers with higher mobility. The hotel room is big, air-conditioned, everything is fine. It’s just that hotels in Europe come with free water, which can be purchased in the small supermarket downstairs.
