Elegant Stay with Excellent Service I had a lovely stay at Aleph Rome Hotel. The property is beautifully designed, combining classic charm with modern luxury. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and refined. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient for exploring Rome. Overall, a great choice for a stylish and relaxing stay. I would happily return.

Great hotel Great friendly staff Breakfast could be better

We stay 7 nights very good location.The staff had a good service attitude, especially the room cleaners. The door staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and telling people to be careful of pickpockets when going out.

Staff is very helpful, front desk is helpful. However the house keeping staff wasn’t clean properly of my room.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!
