"The hotel in Rome is too picky and it doesn't make sense. It's almost okay. The hotel allows us to put our luggage in the room for a few more hours, which is still very grateful. But there are two points where the hotel and the agent should remind the guests in a significant way. First, this hotel actually does not have a 24-hour permanent front desk; second, this hotel does not have a signboard. The location of the map navigation is the apartment gate. After arriving, you must contact the hotel to send someone to check in."

"The hotel location is perfect!! 5 mins walk from Romana Termini (Main Train Terminal). The cleaning staff ia very good. Room was very neat and tidy. But small amenities like water kettle in the room, iron box were not there. Room telephone wasnt functional. Breakfast variety was very limited although the breakfast staff was very helpful and made special coffee on request. Reception desk was excellently handled by Mario who is a gem of a person; fantastico! He guided us what to carry and what not to carry in late evening hours to stay out of trouble. EXTREMELY HELPFUL PERSON, MR. MARIO. (5 STARS TO HIM)"

"You must call the hotel if you arrive after hours. They will help you check in through the phone. I used Skype as I didn’t have one. Directions were easy to follow but you must know English. The room was nice and clean. Bed was hard which I like. There weren’t any blankets (just thin sheet) which was fine since it was during a heatwave.The pillow options were good. The bathroom was big with fancy lighting options. The air conditioning was strong. Only the internet didn’t work and it was difficult to go out of the gate. However, I called the hotel and they were patient in helping me immediately. For one night, it was a pleasant stay. The area around the hotel is quite dirty, but it is also directly across from Tiburtina station. There are only two hotels this close, the other being Adesso hotel."
