"Pros: Excellent 4-star breakfast served from 7 AM to 10 AM. Coffee machine and water available 24/7 at the reception for a fee. Great location near Termini station with many bars and restaurants nearby. Davide from reception and the blonde lady who manages breakfast are very cheerful and professional. Free luggage storage. Cons: Modest room and shower/bathroom. Perhaps adding a mini-fridge in the room would be a very nice touch for guests. Centralized air conditioning – you have to call reception every time to turn it on or off."

"Warm welcome, but disappointing environment and comfort. Pros: The apartment itself was clean, and daily housekeeping was meticulously done. A big thank you to Kate, who was lovely; she was very responsive and did her best to address our requests immediately! Cons: Despite Kate's good intentions, our stay was a mixed bag. We were quite cold in the accommodation; even though the heating was on, it wasn't warm enough to ensure proper comfort. Most importantly, we were deeply disappointed by the neighborhood. The location is particularly isolated, which made getting around a bit difficult (the tram was out of service), and the immediate surroundings were severely neglected. The dirty streets nearby and the feeling of abandonment in the area were truly detrimental and weighed heavily on our stay. We didn't feel particularly comfortable in this external environment."
