TH Roma - Carpegna Palace

The soundproofing is terrible; you can't sleep in the morning because of all the doors opening and closing in the hallways. The room is also very small and the facilities are old. Only the exterior and the garden photos look good, everything else is subpar. I don't recommend staying here. Plus, the mattress is super, super hard and uncomfortable; I woke up the next day with a sore back and leg cramps.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel's breakfast and room both exceeded our expectations, and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The exterior looks like a 4-star, the room decor is 3-star, but the service is barely 2-star level. The whole experience was very unpleasant, and I only managed to sort things out with the help of Ctrip's customer service. I paid over 1400 yuan for a room with only a skylight, and the shower was so tiny I could barely turn around. Seriously, avoid all hotels under this brand!

I've never encountered such a terrible hotel and service. For 1.45k, there was virtually no service. The front desk guy looked like I owed him a million bucks, practically tossing the room card at me. There's only one elevator for the entire building, so you'll wait at least 5 minutes every time, which is ridiculous for a four-story building. 99% of the staff don't smile when you see them, and you even have to hold the elevator for them. This place is the worst of the worst.

Great location, very close to the subway station. The breakfast is affordable and offers a good variety of options; during peak hours, you might even have to queue to get in. The hotel's decor is quite unique, and there's a small food street nearby.

The hotel's location is not far from the bus stop, metro station, and airport shuttle stop, which was incredibly convenient for our early morning trip to the Vatican. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and they even upgraded our room for free. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even verified our identity before letting us into the hotel area, which made us feel very secure. Overall, it was a great stay and we felt very safe.
