GGuest UserIt's so good that I can't believe it! Our family of three and our four-year-old child spent two nights and three days in Rome, which was very wonderful. First of all, from the design point of view, the design of the hotel is amazing. Whether it is the overall style or the public lounge area, or the room, it is very artistic. This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! Secondly, the service is very good. They took the initiative to upgrade us, provided welcome snacks and red wine, and the breakfast every day was super delicious and rich. The waiters were very patient and meticulous. Finally, the whole room is very comfortable, the hot water for bathing is also very good, and the location is excellent. It is very convenient to walk to any attraction! This hotel gave me a very good impression of Rome. Our whole family likes it very much. If I come to Rome again, I will choose to stay here!

BBuerderenThe hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snack boxes.
The rooftop bar on the 5th floor offers a beautiful sunset in the evening, but beware of skuas flying over to snatch your food.

AAmy LucThe hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

RRyan Xing CunExcellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

CCHENThe hotel was renovated in 1997. The style of the room decoration is a bit old, but it is very clean, and the downstairs spa pool has been renovated. Someone sang at night, very good. It is the old European hotel with a lot of taste, cost-effective, recommended.

GGuest UserI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, right next to the station, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. It is not noisy, but it is the other guests in the hotel who are noisy. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. However, the hotel room is very dark and feels old, but the toilet is very bright and well designed. The layout of the whole room is very strange, there are many elevators, and I almost got lost. The overall service of the hotel is still OK.

The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions
