We stay at the finest Hotels in the Word and not one was as Phenomenal as the Nobu Hotel Rome…absolutely Gorgeous Hotel, Stunning Decor, Delicious Cuisine and the Staff or should I say “FAMILY”❤️. The staff are all Sweet Kind Caring Helpful Professional and Angels with Grace , like FAMILY. Every single person in the Hotel creates an Exceptional Experience with a smile and Joy in their Heart. It felt like a Beautiful Dream from our greeting upon arrival to meeting Marco in Reception who was such a SuperStar without comparison anywhere in the world. Jefferson creating the Best breakfast experience with so much love and professionalism… we didn’t want to leave❤️. Jefferson was the absolute Best in the world and was so kind that we invited him to the USA with his family. Then when you think “how can so many ppl be so kind and Gracious…Valentina comes in with a beautiful smile, welcoming us and asking if there’s anything else Nobu can do to elevate the experience and uplift our stay…we smiled and said “it couldn’t get any better than this experience”❤️. Marco, Jefferson and Valentina are the Best Ambassadors of Service Elegance Luxury Professionalism and Grace we’ve ever seen❤️. We will miss them dearly and very much looking forward to returning ❤️🙏❤️

Service was very bad. People running around us up and down without really doing anything. Food came in no order whatsoever. Main dishes at the start and starters at the end. For the money we paid the total overview was really bellow any low expectations. They need to try harder for sure.

The hotel is clean an kind of nice but my problem is that it is rated 5 stars. It is nowere near 5 stars hotel. This is maximum 4 stars. No restaurant, very few staff, very small place. The breakfast is poor. Also, they charged us 70 euro for late check out, for 30 minutes past 12:00. Also no parking no valet, no pool, no spa, nothing. The walls were dirty inside the room. Overall, very very low value for the money we paid. Definetly will not return.

Well, where do I begin... absolutely stunning hotel - beautiful exquisite design for those who appreciates art and architectural aesthetics! Impeccable service - attention to detail for the pickiest guests possible. Stunning orchids collection I must note as well. Beautiful roof terrasse with delicious Prosecco:) The best location and proximity that we had expected for our stay. Harry’s Bar (across from the hotel) of course was our favourite - I will review it separately. All over all massive thanks to the hotel staff for your diligent, meticulous and super professional service, bravo! P.S. we stayed in September 2018, before covid, the app won’t allow to go beyond 2022 somehow.

Un’esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile nel cuore di Via Veneto. Nobu Roma incarna alla perfezione la raffinatezza giapponese,con una cura dei dettagli che conquista fin dal primo istante. L’atmosfera è sofisticata senza risultare eccessiva: luci soffuse, design moderno e un servizio di livello impeccabile, professionale e al tempo stesso caloroso. Ogni piatto è un viaggio di sapori, colori ed emozioni.La qualità delle materie prime è altissima, come ci si aspetta da Nobu, ma ciò che sorprende davvero è la capacità dello chef di trasformare ogni boccone in un ricordo. Il pairing con cocktails sapientemente studiati e una carta dei vini ricca e internazionale impreziosiscono ulteriormente il percorso culinario. Nobu Roma non è solo un ristorante: è un’esperienza sensoriale che eleva la cucina fusion a pura eccellenza. Consigliatissimo.

Esperienza incredibile , già dall'accoglienza si respira aria internazionale ,ambiente bellissimo e super curato, tantissimo personale pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta . Il Cibo rispecchia gli standard dei Nobu nel mondo ma forse per alcuni piatti li supera anche . Dj set super !ci tornerò sicuramente e speriamo che mantengano questi stessi standard .

L attesa è stata tanta , ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena. Hotel meraviglioso e ristorante a dir poco eccellente . L accoglienza e il servizio all altezza della fama di Nobu . Abbiamo mangiato al sushi bar ed interagire direttamente con lo chef e’ stata un esperienza unica , il tutto condito dalla presenza di Mika ( stupenda!) che ci ha accompagnato durante la serata con professionalità suggerendoci delle specialità di Nobu davvero di altissimo livello . Cena Top .
