The hotel was not very clean, and the woman at the reception with the red hair was extremely rude. We asked if we could borrow an iron, but she told us to go outside and find a place to get one. I don’t expect to have to buy or find an iron every time I stay at a hotel—that’s one of the basic services a hotel should provide. The bathroom was very dirty, and there were yellow stains running down the walls. There wasn’t even any toilet paper in our room when we arrived, and we had to ask for it twice before we finally got it. Our room was “cleaned,” but they only made the beds. The floors and the bathroom were still dirty. The location is good, but we had a very hard time finding the hotel at first because the entrance is very confusing. The street also had a lot of homeless people, which made the area feel uncomfortable. Overall, the only positive thing was that the beds were clean. Other than that, I really didn’t like this hotel, and I would never stay here again.

Check-out is at 11 AM, but check-in isn't until 3 PM. You really need to plan your time accordingly, as the staff here are quite inflexible. It's been scorching hot in Rome these past few days. I booked several nights at this hotel, and they gave me a room with a faulty shower. When I asked to switch rooms in the afternoon, they refused, telling me to wait until tomorrow for someone to fix it. I could see there were other rooms available in their system, but the staff member then told me not to stare at their screen. She then switched to look for check-in information, trying to find my reservation. I had already told them that the faucet in room XX was broken. I then had to remind her that the check-in list she was looking at was for August, which is why she couldn't find my July reservation. In the end, I escalated the issue to Trip.com customer service and fixed the shower head myself. The front desk staff then belatedly informed me that I could switch rooms – *sigh*. Thanks to Trip.com for their proactive handling. I'm also leaving this review as a heads-up to my fellow Chinese travelers: stay safe when staying abroad and actively defend your rights!

Great location, very close to Roma termiji station. There is security guard at the front door, just show them the name of hotel that you booked. After that there has staff at reception to check you in. Only one elevator in the hotel so u need to wait a bit. No napkin, no slipper provided.

The room was quite spacious, like a small suite. It had an electric kettle (which was broken and had to be replaced) and a capsule coffee machine (it leaked, but was still usable). The bathroom was too small, and the shower even smaller. The showerhead was poorly installed, making it awkward to stand comfortably. We stayed for four days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every morning – not a buffet, but a fixed set meal. It was enough to keep you from starving but certainly not filling: a few wilted leaves, a couple of cherry tomatoes, a fried egg, one or two tiny bacon slices, one slice of toast, one small piece of cake, a cup of coffee, a cup of juice, and a yogurt per person. What I really want to talk about is the front desk. We unfortunately encountered the most impatient woman mentioned in other reviews. It was as if we owed her money; she had a cold, impatient demeanor the entire time. My goodness, after so many trips to Europe, this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible front desk. If she dislikes her job so much, she should find a new one, rather than being angry all the time – it's bad for her health! 🧐 The following is my husband's comment; he insisted on adding a few words: 🧐 I am very surprised. I seem to owe money for this hotel. The staff, a lady, seems unhappy with this **** job. All the time of check-in, she was rather angry. Even if life isn't fair to this lady, you can't lose temper with clients. So far, I still think, why?

Location is near the train station which is convenient if you arrive via train. Room is small but clean. Front counter lady was extremely rude! Asked for my document and I gave her the booking slip she repeated said she wants document. Then I passed her my passport and said she should mention passport not document. She said if I don’t understand English then it’s not her problem. What a “good” attitude.

The hotel itself is decent. It's conveniently located, and the facilities are alright, including a washer/dryer. I booked early, so it was a steal at just over 600 RMB a night. Not many reviews for this place, so I'll add more photos. They give you a voucher for the downstairs restaurant, which you can redeem for a free glass of red wine—a nice little perk. After 7 or 8 PM, you'll see a lot of homeless people around, but there are also police patrols, so no need to worry too much. Overall, at just over 600 RMB a night, it's pretty good and offers great value for money!

The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Stefhany checked me in at the front desk, and it was a very quick process; she was incredibly friendly. I was able to store my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM. Although the area outside isn't the best, with some questionable individuals due to its proximity to the terminal, there was always security nearby, and police patrols were frequent. The rooms were quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. It's located two blocks from Termini, and there's a bus station very close by, which made getting around easy, especially when returning late at night.

Good location and the interior is chic. However, the hotel lobby is hard to find as it is inside the restaurant.
