Hotel Artis

Disappointing for a “4-star” hotel Check-in on June 19th ,2026 around 6:30 PM was a poor welcome to Rome. The reception staff were cold, unwelcoming, and utterly unhelpful — not a single smile or attempt to assist. Extremely unprofessional for any hotel, let alone one claiming 4 stars. The room itself was adequate but nowhere near 4-star standard. The one bright spot? Breakfast was genuinely excellent — a wide variety of fresh, hot options that actually impressed. Overall a 2-star experience. Without that breakfast, it would be 1.

Very nice hotel located near the metro. Clean and beautiful rooms, very tasty breakfast with great abundance.

The Hotel was okay, it was a 4 star hotel and not very close to the city, but there's a bus 557 that run to the Subugausta train station. It's a 5 mins walk from the hotel to the bus stop. The room was really nice and spacious for me. But the door wasn't soundproofed as I could hear people chatting and all. The breakfast was very basic, nothing special. 

Decent location with easy acess to the metro station (if you don't mind walking for 10 minutes). Staff is very nice and friendly and never seem to be inconvenienced by questions or "problems". The room itself was clean and nicely prepared. Only thing I'd say is that the rooms aren't very soundproof; you can easily hear others. Breakfast is not anything special, but for me and my partner is was completely fine and just what we needed. All around I'd say it is a 4/5 for us!
