GGuest UserVery clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style.You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰

The location is excellent, especially because it is very close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation and sightseeing around Rome. It was easy to access many places in the city.
The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a relaxing stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel and a great choice for staying in Rome.

LLiubov BelogolovaiaWe stayed at this hotel from November 13th to 18th, 2025! The reception is open 24 hours a day, and Gemma, the Russian-speaking staff, speaks the language perfectly and takes care of all your needs! The breakfasts are wonderful, I've attached a photo, and the room has shampoo and shower gel! There's a kitchen where we cooked, which is very convenient! There's a Carrefour supermarket near the hotel! Victoria, a Russian woman, makes wonderful coffee for breakfast! The hotel has a unique feature: air conditioning, powered by stationary equipment, like a smart home! We stayed in room 503, and the door was accidentally left open and it was very cold at night, but our issue was quickly resolved. We invited master Luca, who moved the closet and sealed everything tightly. The following nights were comfortably warm! The Vatican is nearby, so the hotel is very conveniently located! But I want to warn you that you should arrive from the direction of the St. Peter's Basilica bus stop, take bus numbers 62 and 64! Don't take the metro!!!!! The stairs from the metro are very steep and difficult to climb with a suitcase! So, it's better to take the bus stop. I've included photos below of how to get there! Everything is within walking distance!

When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. DD&CMckIts very clean, we stayed way at the back, persons refused to help us to get to the front, the help desk dosnt answer the phone and the dont know to speak, I saw ****** at its best, my friend had a disability and we were refused a lift.
The black guy were the one who tried to help.
Very ******, would never return. We went to the icecrem shop the two young people hardly spoke, the saw us as blacks the assume we needed the smallest icecream, the didn't give us an opportunity to choose, I asked why not let us choose, the young man just made a funny face, I only complained the purchase because of the kids.

AAnonymous UserTraveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.
