Generally the hotel is good in location, service and facilities. 5 minutes walking from Roma Termini, hotel has air conditioning, and the service is good. One disadvantage is shower facility is in old style and does not work properly.

Hotel very close to Rome Terminal, straight at the middle exit, after the bus terminal then cross the traffic light and that you will see the open-air restaurant, just all the way in that can see the hotel! Everything seems good, just a bit weird of the toilet in the room, maybe we are 3 people, the trible room that at ground, the toilet not suit for us, though the idea which for olderly people and wheelchair user…. perhaps, its a throughtful idea! Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. They would provide the map for you and point to you how to get to the attractions. There have free suitcase storage service!! When we check out, the nice staff gave us the hotels snack and postcards! Thanks!

Very well placed, just next to the Termini Station, in a very calm and safe street. Big hotel, 6 floors. Restaurant and bar on the top floor with a nice terrace and view. Nice decoration. A lot of large and cozy spaces where to sit in the public area. Great breakfast. Rooms are correct for the price. I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is good, about 500 meters from the subway station, but it's a bit hard to find since it's located in an alley (hutong). It has a balcony where you can dry clothes, but no breakfast. It's quite similar to a guesthouse (minsu) in China.

When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Impressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

Second time we have stayed here and it was lovely. A little dated in places but clean and the staff were friendly. Especially the staff in the upstairs restaurant. Kettles were available at reception but required a security deposit which although small, needed to be paid in cash, which we didn’t have and it would have been nice to have known this ahead of our stay. Overall really pleased with our stay and would absolutely come back again.

Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.
