We liked this hotel very much! The location was great. The train station was a five-minute walk away and you could walk everywhere from the hotel. Downstairs there were nice cafes, a shop and a nice restaurant (Tosca). The room was lovely and the view of the opera house amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly and everything was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The best place to stay when you visit Rome, feels like home. Good bed, clean bathroom, kitchen and living room. The owner Evan is very nice, kind, friendly and very hospitable. The room is big, clean with lots of amenities like a five star hotel. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, sleeper, toothpaste, towel and many more. We really had a wonderful stay. If I’ll come back to Rome I’ll choose this place again. It’s well recommended. Location is good too near to the metro, bus station, supermarket and restaurant.

We had a great experience at this hotel and the rooms are surprisingly big for Europe with lots of space in the bedroom and a roomy bathroom. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient and we were a 10 minute walk to Roma Termini and within a half an hour walk of the many sights of Rome like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There are many good restaurants in the area too.

Beautiful hotel, close to lots of restaurants and bars, a supermarket, gelato shop. Rooms met our needs for 2 nights and beds are super comfy. The bed was made and cleaning after our first night. There are toiletries in the bathroom and tea and coffee in the room. Sound proofing is very good too. Staff are friendly and professional. We had breakfast buffet up in the sky restaurant, €20 for breakfast buffet which was all the usual breakfast choices. The view from there was great too. We found the coffee to be fine. We had a problem with our sink not emptying but it was fixed when we came back from a day out. I would stay here again.

I slept the best in Italy, and I'd like to book it again next time I go to Rome. The room is not big, but the layout is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, relaxing. Sound insulation is well handled. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The whole hotel is designed to be fresh and pleasing and looks very new. The front desk service is also very professional.
