"A cozy hotel without breakfast, but they offer a promotion for the neighboring Milano. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is a bonus: right across from the hotel is a functioning basilica and many delicious restaurants. The street is quiet, even though it's close to the train station, but it's not near the train station. I can confidently recommend it to my friends and subscribers. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. "Our stay at Ruby Rooms Rome was absolutely delightful. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the major attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so all your needs are well-covered. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property is very well-maintained. It was quiet during our stay, which allowed us to get good rest every night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; whether it was for check-in, check-out, or travel advice, their attentiveness and professionalism really shone through. Overall, the accommodation experience exceeded our expectations. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and it's definitely a place we'd want to stay at again and recommend to family and friends. "The room was newly renovated in 2026, exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. There's a basement level for luggage storage where you can set your own password, which is very secure and convenient. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, guiding us on places to visit. What's even more convenient is that the hotel is very close to Termini Station; you can take the direct train from the airport to the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, which made for a nice start to each day. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing issue. After our stay, we discovered that several personal belongings were missing. During our stay, housekeeping entered our room even though our ”Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, which raised concerns after we realized our items were gone. We contacted the hotel multiple times to report the missing belongings and request that they investigate and check their lost and found. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to reach them, we did not receive a response. While we appreciated the location and breakfast, the lack of communication and follow-up regarding our missing belongings was very disappointing. We hope the hotel improves its response to guest concerns in the future."

"The location is excellent, right in front of the subway exit, and there's a bus stop directly outside (so people tend to gather there). There's a supermarket next door, and most attractions are within walking distance (though it's quite tiring, so cycling is more convenient). It's very easy to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum by subway. The front desk service was fantastic – warm and proactive. Even before checking in early in the morning, they invited us to slow down with a coffee (the best cappuccino I had in Rome!). We left early most days and didn't get to properly sit down for breakfast. On our check-out day, it was also too early for breakfast, but they still provided us with coffee and bread. Luggage storage was very convenient. The room wasn't large, and the air conditioning was just okay. Slippers were provided. The window overlooked an attraction, so it was a bit sunny. There's a cinema next door, which could occasionally be noisy at night, but the door insulation was good, so I couldn't hear any corridor sounds. The shower was incredibly powerful! The water pressure was strong and very comfortable!!! This was absolutely perfect!"
