New Hotels in Rome

"The room was quite spacious, like a small suite. It had an electric kettle (which was broken and had to be replaced) and a capsule coffee machine (it leaked, but was still usable). The bathroom was too small, and the shower even smaller. The showerhead was poorly installed, making it awkward to stand comfortably. We stayed for four days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every morning – not a buffet, but a fixed set meal. It was enough to keep you from starving but certainly not filling: a few wilted leaves, a couple of cherry tomatoes, a fried egg, one or two tiny bacon slices, one slice of toast, one small piece of cake, a cup of coffee, a cup of juice, and a yogurt per person. What I really want to talk about is the front desk. We unfortunately encountered the most impatient woman mentioned in other reviews. It was as if we owed her money; she had a cold, impatient demeanor the entire time. My goodness, after so many trips to Europe, this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible front desk. If she dislikes her job so much, she should find a new one, rather than being angry all the time – it's bad for her health! 🧐 The following is my husband's comment; he insisted on adding a few words: 🧐 I am very surprised. I seem to owe money for this hotel. The staff, a lady, seems unhappy with this **** job. All the time of check-in, she was rather angry. Even if life isn't fair to this lady, you can't lose temper with clients. So far, I still think, why?"

"Close to the train station, yet the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The walk there is on flat, easy-to-manage roads, perfect for luggage. A large supermarket is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The entire place is newly renovated, very clean, and odor-free. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome."

"The hotel is new with a fresh renovation and a good location. The only thing that was disappointing was the quality of the cleaning and the towels in the room, which had holes in them. The breakfast wasn't bad though."

"The hotel's listing photos (P3) are highly misleading. It's not a multi-story building, but rather a simple, two-story structure in front of one. During a 38-degree heatwave in Rome, the air conditioning was completely inadequate, making it impossible to relax in the room during the day. I suspect the building itself has flaws, likely making it hot in summer and cold in winter. This is nowhere near 4-star quality; it feels more like a larger guesthouse. P1 and P2 show the hotel hallway. The rooms have only basic amenities. **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was acceptable. **Environment**: The hotel is right by the road, so there was noise at night. However, the location is very convenient, with metro and bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby. Walking to major Roman attractions takes 10-30 minutes, which is a plus. **Service**: The lady at check-in was very polite, but couldn't make up for the hotel's simple facilities and insufficient air conditioning. (Perhaps the platform gave a 4-star expectation). **Negative Point**: We had an early morning flight on our last day and mentioned it the night before, but no packed breakfast was prepared for us. Even when staff were preparing breakfast, our request for it was denied. **Breakfast**: The variety was quite good. **Cooking Class**: Not offered and not even mentioned. **City Tour**: The front desk lady gave us a map at check-in, highlighting important attractions. I suppose that's what this complimentary service refers to. I rarely leave such a low rating, but the cost versus the experience was completely out of balance. The platform should verify its 4-star rating."

"The location is great, just 5 minutes from the train station and convenient for taking the subway. There's a small balcony, and having breakfast in the room feels like a Roman Holiday experience. The breakfast is very plentiful."

"We had an amazing time here. The hotel is located right in the middle of the centre with easy walkable access to the main attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is furnished to a high standard and it is very clean and new. They also have a lovely terrace area. I would definitely return here and would 100% recommend staying at this hotel."

"Wonderful apartment, I really liked it. It's spacious, bright, and clean. I'd love to come back again. As for the downsides, the shower gel ran out almost immediately, one towel had a hole in it, and the shower in the bathroom leaks directly onto the floor as there's nothing to stop the water."

"A cozy hotel without breakfast, but they offer a promotion for the neighboring Milano. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is a bonus: right across from the hotel is a functioning basilica and many delicious restaurants. The street is quiet, even though it's close to the train station, but it's not near the train station. I can confidently recommend it to my friends and subscribers.
