Shanghai People's Square Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street Treasury Hotel
"Hotel. Good people nice and friendly and hot day but ac is good and people well and nice good good good"
Yitel Premium (Shanghai people's Square Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street)
"The location is an absolute banger! Beside nanjing road, major stores, plenty of attractions close by. You can walk to the bund in 10 mins. The hotel itself is decently good. The room is clean and amenities are available. Breakfast was decent, you get what you pay for. Then again, there are many other food choices outside. Getting halal was very easy."
Shanghai Elong Hotel
Modern city hotel in Shanghai offering comfortable, functional rooms with essential amenities and convenient access to public transport, shopping areas, and key attractions, making it a practical base for both business and leisure travellers.
Atour Hotel Nanjing East Road, Shanghai on the Bund
"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to locate our deliveries even when they were delivered wrongly to another outlet. Whenever I need anything, be it scissors or screw driver, they are able to provide. Recommended!"
Hotel Chalet Shanghai
A cozy and modern hotel in Shanghai offering comfortable rooms, friendly service, and convenient access to local attractions and public transport.
The Bund Puyan Hotel, Shanghai
"This was my first time travelling solo, this hotel not only surpassed all expectations in terms of all the things a high class hotel should offer, but the staff at the front door and in the lobby always greeted me with smiles and welcomed me 👍🏾. The location was great too, close to the bund and very walkable, there are pharmacies and convenience stores nearby if you need anything. When I come to Shanghai again, this hotel has my reservation guaranteed!"
IFC Residence
A luxury serviced residence in Shanghai’s Lujiazui financial district offering spacious, elegantly furnished apartments with skyline views, premium amenities, and hotel-style services, ideally located near IFC Mall, The Bund, and major business hubs.
Blossom House · Shanghai On The Bund
"Everyone was very professional and helpful! We had no issues during our stay and the location is excellent. They were especially understanding with Tabao orders and managing them as we had some concerns with the app. I would recommend Blossom House as the ideal place to stay while visiting Shanghai! P.S. we did not get the Bund view room but our room still had a side view of the Pearl Oreintal Tower which was a lovely surprise!"
SAVHE Hotel North Bund Shanghai
"The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Is located at north bund and requires crossing a bridge to The bund, but overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant."
MaxX By Steigenberger on the Bund Shanghai
"First, the positives: the view was excellent, the bedding comfortable, and it offered good value for money. The service was also prompt in responding to issues. Now for the negatives: the hygiene was really poor. There was a visible, thick layer of dust on the floor, next to the bathtub, and on the cabinets. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in two weeks. Luckily, after I reported it, they immediately moved me to a new room, which was much cleaner. Secondly, the wallpaper on the TV wall had a long, unsightly wrinkle, which made it look a bit cheap. Also, the showerhead in the bathroom was fixed and couldn't be adjusted, making showering very uncomfortable. There's a clear difference compared to a Waldorf Astoria, but then again, the price reflects that. Overall, it was an average stay, neither outstanding nor terrible."
Ocean Hotel Shanghai
"everything was great,i arrived there on my birthday and they provided a piece of a cheesecake, staff is friendly and there’s even a robot deliverer in the hotel, definitely would love to stay there again ❤️"
Shanghai Garden Rezen Hotel
"Fantastic, family-friendly hotel with exceptional amenities and service! We had a highly pleasant and happy stay at the Shanghai Rezen Garden Hotel from May 31st to June 3rd. It is an incredibly convenient and family-friendly place to stay, especially for foreign travelers. The Room: Our room was very large, spotlessly clean, and featured convenient automatic curtains and toilets. It also included a comfortable sofa bed, which easily accommodated our family. The hotel thoughtfully provided kid-sized slippers and toothbrushes, which was a lovely touch. The main bed was quite spacious, though the mattress comfort level could be slightly improved. Additionally, the shower head spray was a bit too strong for young children, so a softer pressure option would be a great upgrade. The Food: The breakfast buffet offers a wonderful spread of both traditional Chinese and international options. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the menu, and a huge plus for families is that breakfast is free for children under 1.3 meters! I personally highly recommend the cream puffs and fresh soy milk—they were absolutely delicious. The Amenities (A Huge Plus!): The amenities here are superb! Having a supermarket right inside the hotel was a major highlight for us as foreigners; it quickly became our go-to spot for daily breads, drinks, and snacks. On top of that, there is a great souvenir shop on Level 1 that sells Disney merchandise (perfect if you want to grab a Disney hat or last-minute gifts) and they even provide stroller rentals, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also features an indoor playground with unlimited access for the kids. This gave us a much-needed breather to relax in the lobby and organize our daily itinerary while the children were happily entertained. Furthermore, the lobby hosts a helpful tour agent and coordinates multi-destination shuttles that make us want to return on our next trip to Shanghai. To top it off, the 24-hour Chinese restaurant serves delicious food delivered right to your room by a robot, which the kids absolutely loved. The Service: Truly awesome. The coordination for the airport, Disney, and zoo shuttles was seamless. The cleaning auntie was incredibly kind and proactively provided extra bottled water for our family. A special shout-out to the front desk team: I forgot my vitamins, and they went above and beyond by helping me purchase them via ******* and delivering them to my room-door in less than 45mins. I appreciated this so much! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Shanghai!"
Hengshan Garden Hotel
"The location is excellent, nestled in the historic Hengfu district, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The International Protestant Church is just to the front left, Xujiahui Park is diagonally opposite, and the EMI building, where the national anthem was first recorded, is right here. The executive floor facilities are a bit dated, but generally well-maintained. Dining is convenient with a Chinese restaurant, buffet, Shanghainese dim sum, and self-service afternoon tea available within the hotel – no need to venture out for food if you're not planning to visit attractions. The hotel also boasts extensive gardens and green spaces. The neighboring VIP building has a very stylish decor, and on the 8th floor, there's a 'Modern Pictures' postcard art exhibition worth visiting."
Holiday Inn Shanghai International Resort by IHG
"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and very clean, and the surrounding scenery was lovely. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We also really enjoyed the mini hotpot in the evening – it was a unique touch!"
Shanghai Xiangyun Resort Hotel
"Outstanding service! Recommended to arrange your itinerary : 1. Stay here for 2N right away after arrive at Shanghai, they give free airport pick up! 2. On the nexy day you have a Disneyland transfer and pick up after your tiring day. 3. Friendly staffs, no lift but they help you with your luggage, order online food, etc"
Intercity Hotel Shanghai Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street The Bund
"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean, brand new, and incredibly functional with impressive modern technology - from automated lighting controls to opening and closing the curtains, everything felt smart, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It truly felt like we were staying in a very new hotel, possibly not even a year old yet. We especially loved the beautiful interior design, which created such a fresh and elegant atmosphere throughout our entire stay. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding professionalism of the staff. Even compared to many five-star hotels, the level of service here was remarkable. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A very special thank you to Manager Jade for her kindness, friendliness, and incredible support with every question we had. She made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We stayed for 5 days, and every single day we genuinely enjoyed the cleanliness, professionalism, and overall high standards of this hotel. We would also like to specially highlight the breakfasts - served in a beautiful bright space with a wonderful atmosphere. The variety of European breakfast options was excellent, the products were fresh and high quality, and the breakfast staff were consistently warm and welcoming. We are truly happy that we chose to stay here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others."
Shanghai Lujiazui Riverside Center IntercityHotel
A modern hotel in Shanghai’s Lujiazui Riverside area offering comfortable, well-designed rooms with city and river views, practical amenities, and convenient access to the financial district, The Bund, and nearby shopping and business hubs.
Wassim R Hotel
"Here’s very good. Include breakfast for 2pp and have washing machine in the room. Room is big."
New Century Grand Hotel Shanghai Songjiang
"I have to commend this hotel! The environment is elegant and clean, and the room layout is warm and spacious. The bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, and the room has great natural light and ventilation, making for a truly relaxing stay. The staff are gentle and polite, and the overall experience was excellent! ٩(◦`꒳´◦)۶"
MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui Wukang Road)
"The thoughtful amenities like the cozy tea corner and ample storage truly elevate the living experience. Our butler, Lily, was proactively attentive and incredibly efficient. When we needed a room upgrade, she handled it swiftly and seamlessly. The location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, far from the city's hustle and bustle, ensuring a superb rest. The entire place was meticulously cleaned; not a speck of dust or hair in sight – perfectly spotless!"
