Toy Story Hotel

Facilities: Like new. Cleanliness: Clean. Service: The room attendant was very proactive. Environment: Amenities are just average. Don't choose a room too far from the front desk; your legs will suffer after a day at Disneyland. I suggest the hotel's bellboys be more proactive. Most guests are families traveling with children, so there's huge room for improvement in service! Views aren't as important as the comfort of the stay and how well the hotel caters to both kids and adults.

Facilities: The room was a bit small, with a small bathtub. Dinner could be ordered as takeout, and for breakfast, we could buy pastries at Disneytown. Service: Excellent. Anything we needed was delivered promptly. They even gave my child a stand-up toy, and we could keep the room key cards as souvenirs. When I left something in the room, they couriered it back to me. Shuttle bus to/from Disneytown: We didn't use the early entry service because we couldn't wake up in time... The shuttle back to the hotel picks up from channel A in the West Parking Lot, and we didn't have to wait too long. It was good. There were also many shuttle buses to Disney, dropping us directly at the entrance for early entry tickets (Premier Access).
