Aryaduta Bali Hotels in Bali

Aryaduta Bali

"I almost liked everything about this stay — the location was excellent, the breakfast was satisfying, and the service was warm and attentive. The only challenge was the very long corridor leading to the room. Walking round and round, far from the lobby, left me a little tired after a long day. Overall, the hotel delivered a great experience, with just this small inconvenience in the layout."

"The hotel has a huge and beautiful territory. The price is reasonable, so I won't deduct stars for the cons. Cons: The faucet in the sink in our room is too short, and if you don't turn it on full blast, the water doesn't reach the basin. The shower water was constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. Also, they didn't change our towels, which really surprised us. The room was a bit tired. And I wanted to take a bath, but it was dirty and the water was quite cool. But then again, given that a night cost us just over 5k for a resort in Nusa Dua, these minor issues aren't really a big deal."

"I stayed at Kutabex Hotel with my family and had a very pleasant experience. The location is truly a big plus, being very close to Kuta Beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and various tourist destinations. It made it very easy for us to walk everywhere without needing to use transportation often. The check-in process was quick, and all the staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had sufficient amenities for resting after a day of activities. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast also offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The rooftop area with the pool became one of our favorites as it offered a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, our stay at Kutabex Hotel was very satisfying and offered great value for money. Thank you to the entire team for the service provided. I hope the quality of service is maintained, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I visit Bali in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The room is clean and a non-smoking area. However, the main issue is the staff’s attitude, especially the large Chinese receptionist, who had a kind of annoying expression. They asked for a deposit. I didn’t have any cash in rupiah, so I offered to pay in dollars, but he refused. He then tried to take my ID as proof and hold onto it. I said no and offered my driver’s licence instead, but he refused again, saying it was expired. I even offered to transfer the money using BCA banking, and he still refused. So I had to look for the nearest ATM at 11 PM, almost midnight?! In the end, he took my driver’s licence with an annoying expression on his face."

Hilton Bali Resort ★★★★★
"Due to the typhoon, my return was delayed by two days. I switched from the Ritz to the Hilton. The pool was truly dirty, the water was murky, and there were way too many Indians. It felt more like an Indian guesthouse. The restaurant was like a huge Indian canteen. If you're looking for a hotel vacation, there's absolutely no need to book this place; it's far too low-grade."
