I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling. Breakfast One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why. Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready. The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning: The fresh acai bowl The turmeric wellness shot Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day. The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt. For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find: Two convenience stores Plenty of affordable massage and spa options A shopping mall Kuta Beach Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them. Room Service Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected."
