The hotel is new and the location is incredibly convenient. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is just around the corner, and it's very close to the subway station. The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was very clean, and all the essential toiletries were provided. If there's one area for improvement, it's that the tissues weren't replenished during my 4-day stay after I finished the box, which was a minor oversight. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I highly recommend this hotel, five stars! The front desk lady was beautiful and professional; she proactively offered an umbrella when it started raining as I was leaving, which was very thoughtful and warm. The front desk gentleman also helped upgrade our room. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and quiet, making our stay very comfortable! I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's super convenient to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund, just about ten minutes away. Excellent location!

Very clean and helpful. You are right around the corner from nanjing road and only 15 min to the bund. Rooms are also very spacious worked perfectly with a group od 3/4 people.
