The hotel check-in experience is perfect! The rooms are clean and smart, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the facilities are convenient and comfortable. Special praise to Liu, the front desk staff: enthusiastic and professional, efficiently handled the procedures, proactively upgraded the room type, carefully prepared travel guides, provided attentive service even late at night, and showed great care with heartwarming details. the hotel location is very good as it is located just beside the station. there is a 7-11, McDonalds and a delicious noodles shop nearby as well. overall is a good hotel choice if you visit Shanghai.

A prime location hotel just outside the metro station. Thanks for upgrading our room, the bed is too comfort enough that not feel to walk out from the room, hotel with all kind of needs the guest required with just ordered from the Xiao Du smart system tablet available in the room. All cleaner and staff are friendly enough to help everyone, restaurant with reasonable price is only nearby with walking distance, highly recommended, will definitely come back for sure 👍🏻

Beds are comfortable. But space is smaller as most space is used up at the entrance foyer of the room. Luggage can’t be opened wide in the room. Smart room makes the stay more interesting.

The crew name 金花 who is the manager there is very helpful and always give recommendation for good food and places and how to go. The breakfast is good too.

1. Front desk staff not really friendly. But cleaner very friendly and always ready to help due to our toilet got some leaking.
2. Restaurants and bus station nearby. Train station just next to the hotel!
3. Room and bed got some humid smell. But room cleanliness approved and very spacious. Xiao Du and AI toilet bowl best 👍 Our room comes with microwave, refrigerator and washing machine with dryer, very much convenient! Room soundproof is good, but please be noted that there is a construction work in progress at the daytime. Thank you for the free snacks!
4. Parcels can be collected on behalf by hotel.
5. There is a robot always ready to send Mei Tuan or parcel (can call front desk to request) to your room.
Overall, it's okay as the location and public transport is super convenient for us! 😃

I stayed four nights in this hotel before heading to another city. The hotel is located directly above a subway and is one stop away from People’s Square, which is very convenient to reach the city centre. The hotel is very new and super clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful to address all your needs. The room is equipped with smart systems. I booked a family room which comes with microwave, fridge, induction cooker and washing machine. Will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Shanghai.

Location is not very central but next to a metro station so easy and convenient to commute.
Staffs are nice, they gave us breakfast on our second time return to the hotel.
Room is clean and has smart AI voice control function which can be used to turn on off TV, curtains, lights etc
