Crystal Orange Shanghai the Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us complimentary fruit. We also got a free room upgrade! I've always loved orange hotels, and the bed was super comfy. The room was also spotlessly clean. It's really close to the metro station, making it easy to get to the Bund, and Yu Garden is just one stop away.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right above the world's largest Pop Mart store and conveniently located at the intersection of Metro Lines 10 and 2, making travel incredibly easy. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was both plentiful and delicious.

The location is great, close to the subway, the Bund, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast is especially delicious with a wide variety of options. The service is attentive and friendly, and the facilities are complete and functional. They also provide several bottles of water daily, which is plenty! It would be even better if there was a clothesline in the room. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The front desk even granted us a complimentary two-hour late checkout. I will definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone! It's truly excellent!

This is one of the newest hotels in the Nanjing Road area. The facilities are excellent, it's clean and hygienic, and the bedding is comfortable. They also offer a complimentary laundry room. While the breakfast spread isn't huge, the quality is great, with both Chinese and Western options. The location is superb, making it easy to get around; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

The hotel prepared everything according to our requests in advance, and the view king room had an amazing location! The hotel offers kids' slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes, so their family-friendly amenities are quite comprehensive and thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, and even offered thoughtful recommendations for sightseeing routes. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk to Nanjing Road East and The Bund. The subway station is also close by, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining out with kids. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent – our child slept wonderfully. The robot delivering meals was also a novel experience for the little one. The 24-hour laundry room was super practical, and the breakfast had a wide variety and could even be packed to go. This is definitely the right choice for families traveling with children!
