The location is great! Every time I come to Shanghai for a business trip, I book this hotel. It's super convenient whether I'm taking a taxi or the subway, and it's within walking distance. There are also some restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are a bit dated.

Service: The concierge and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Ambience: Conveniently located near Metro Lines 14 and 2, making subway travel quite easy. There are tons of restaurants in the area. Facilities: Well-equipped and on a high floor, so it gets plenty of natural light.

The room overall is quite small, which is to be expected in such a prime location. The ceiling height is very low, making it feel a bit cramped. The air conditioning vent blows directly onto the head of the bed, giving me a headache at night. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed instead. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls within walking distance, making dining very convenient.

I had high hopes for this stay, but it was a bit disappointing. The suite's facilities were complete, but the low ceiling made it feel a bit oppressive. The main issue was the elevator experience; there seem to be a lot of rooms, but only one elevator goes to the 31st floor, so there was always a long wait. The staff, however, were quite good – despite the high traffic, they were very patient, which I really appreciate. Given the location, perhaps just having a suite is good enough, and the washing machine in the room was very practical. If you don't compare it to large, newly built hotels, this suite-style hotel in this area is probably quite decent.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient for getting around, close to shopping districts and the subway, making shopping and dining a breeze. The room cleaning was meticulous; even the corners and crevices were spotless. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and stable water pressure, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a quiet, peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in/check-out was quick. All the facilities were excellent.

The overall decor and ambiance are excellent, and the service is friendly. It's about a 10-minute walk from Exit 1 of Jing'an Temple station. There are plenty of food options nearby, though after 9 PM, food delivery from the malls becomes scarcer, but you can still find many items to order. The breakfast selection is also very rich, with Chinese options like congee, noodles, wontons, savory soy milk, tofu pudding, bread, and fruit. You can definitely fill up if you're not too picky. For late-night snacks, they offer simple white congee, millet congee, and some pickles. It's really comforting to have a warm bowl of congee at night. Coming back to the hotel at night, you can also do your laundry and even dry it, which doesn't affect your travel mood at all.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, and had plenty of places to spread our luggage out. The smart toilet was interesting. I did laundry here and it was very simple. There was even a massage chair in the gym that I used while I waited for my laundry to finish. The location was great. Just steps away from a subway, plenty of food choices and only a few minutes walk to major shopping and attractions.

Drawbacks: 1. The bathroom lacked hooks for clothes, the water pressure was too low, and the water wasn't hot enough. 2. The toilet had an unpleasant odor, a strong musty smell. 3. The bed was too soft, so comfort was just average. Pros: 1. The service attitude was excellent; they tried their best to accommodate guest requests. 2. The swimming pool wasn't crowded, making it very enjoyable, and the hot spring bath was very relaxing. 3. They inquired if we were staying with children, which felt safe and reliable.

I was looking for a hotel to relax in during Shanghai's recent monsoon season, and I heard that some UrCove hotels offer a 'deep sleep' bed experience. I chose the Jing'an location since it's also close to Jing'an Temple – two birds with one stone! I requested a late check-out in advance, and the staff at check-in were very welcoming, especially Vivi. Her gentle and soft-spoken service made me feel right at home. This time, I booked an executive room, which was 30 square meters. I really liked the layout; the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the street, and being on the 10th floor, the view was great. The deep sleep experience was excellent and quite novel. I also got a free coffee when I registered as a member during check-in; the hot latte was really good – it was Peet's Coffee, which was a nice touch! I'll definitely stay here again.

The house is in a good location, quiet in a busy city, with a convenience store on the corner and not far from the subway. The room is fully equipped, the living room is large, the sound system is good, and the bed in the bedroom is quite comfortable. Whether it is a party or a short stay during the trip, it is a good choice~

Recommended by a friend, she came to live last year. Then it is quieter, it is a garden house, there is an elevator, next to it is actually a Bailemen, it turned out to be a famous Bailemen on the beach, which is quite surprising. The traffic is also very convenient, the landlord sister butler service is also good, responsive.

The location of this hotel sounds convenient. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Wukang Road. To get to the Bund, just take the No. 71 bus near the hotel and it will take more than 20 minutes. The room is very clean and the service is very good.

Location is very close to Taikoo Hui mall in west nanjing road metro. That’s the mall with huge LV ship as the facade. But mind you, as west nanjing road station has 3 lines and not connected to each other, the closest exit would the exit 8 of line 13. The hotel entrance looks really tiny from the outside with a small reception room. The hotel rooms will be on the third floor. Check in was fast and efficient and all of the staffs were friendly and provide good service. Our family room was ok even it was quite cramped. It has separate shower and toilet. Maybe a renovation was needed to make the room more modern and clean. Overall it was a good stay, decent price for Shanghai’s standard and its location

The bathroom situation was a bit grim – you basically had to stand in the shower to use the toilet, and to top it off, there were bugs, which was quite a fright. The room itself was genuinely tiny; there was no space for luggage. When I first saw the room, I thought it would be okay, but sleeping there at night felt really cramped and oppressive. Definitely better to book a larger room. They also had a price list for items stuck on the wall, and the prices were ridiculously high – first time I've ever seen that.
