Special commendation to front desk staff Ashley and Jerry! Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless, and they were incredibly warm and patient, answering all questions in detail. The service experience was very pleasant. The room itself was clean and tidy. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Pudong Airport, making it very convenient for transit stays. Two minor drawbacks: The room windows are a bit small, so the natural light isn't great. Also, there's no mini-fridge in the room, which can be inconvenient if you need to store drinks or fresh food. Overall, it's suitable for an overnight airport stay, and it would be even better if the facilities could be improved in the future.

Highly recommended! It's right at Pudong Airport. For international flights, just follow the provided directions, and it's a few minutes' walk through the corridor. Perfect for morning flights. There's an indoor and outdoor parking lot on the first floor, capped at 80 per day. We drove with our child and left the car at the hotel for our trip abroad. When we return, we can pick up the car quickly from the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel's service is excellent, and it's very clean. It's close to the airport but very quiet, not noisy at all! We saw that breakfast was for two adults, and they kindly provided an extra child's breakfast for free – very nice! When checking in, I noticed many foreigners checking in, and it made me think we were also about to become 'foreigners' in someone else's eyes as we headed abroad, which was quite interesting! Also, a big thank you to front desk staff Renee and Yulia for their warm, professional, efficient, and patient service. The overall experience was great. This will be my top choice for accommodation near Pudong Airport next time!

The room was very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent natural light and a wide-open view. It made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I loved that it was a non-smoking room, and the 24-hour self-service laundry and dryer were a huge plus, making it great value for money, especially for a layover. The shuttle service was also a fantastic amenity, and Qianqian provided excellent service!

This hotel is all about the location, and that is perfect. It sits directly above the airport metro station (Line 2, Maglev and Inter-Airport Express Line) and that is a 5 minute walk to Terminal 1 or 2. You can easily get a luggage trolley from there and take it to your room. The hotel itself is a bit tired and unremarkable but perfectly adequate. It is clean and reasonably comfortable but don’t expect any frills. It suited my needs perfectly (taxi drop off with 4 large bags and then wheeling them from my room direct to departures the next day on an airport trolley). I highly recommend this hotel; it's truly the best choice if you're visiting Shanghai Disneyland! First off, it's super close to Lingkong Road Station on Metro Line 2 – just a 10-minute walk after turning right from the exit. Line 2 is incredibly convenient as it connects to so many attractions like Lujiazui, Nanjing Road, The Bund, Hongqiao, and Pudong Airport… it's really fantastic! Secondly, if you're going to Disneyland, I suggest checking in on your first afternoon and then heading to Disney Town to explore, take photos, shop, and get familiar with the park layout. The hotel offers a free shuttle directly to the park at 7 AM, and you can return to the hotel after the final fireworks show at Disneyland. Hotel service is very warm and attentive! I chose this hotel after comparing it to others in the same price range nearby. The hundred-yuan room rate with a free shuttle service is incredibly good value! The rooms are meticulously cleaned, ensuring good hygiene, and the owner even provides mosquito repellent for the summer months. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's very well-maintained, and the front desk promptly handles any issues. For those on a budget, this place is a no-brainer!

Sisters visiting Disneyland should definitely consider this hotel! The service here is truly excellent. During check-in, the staff thoughtfully and proactively helped me with my luggage and even brought it to my room. Throughout my two-day stay, all the staff members were incredibly kind. The biggest highlight is their shuttle service to Disneyland, Shanghai Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. The breakfast offers a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and they even provide kids' cutlery and disposable bibs for children. There's also a children's play area next to the restaurant, which is very well-designed. Even when checking out, the staff eagerly helped me with my luggage and loaded it into the car. This level of service absolutely deserves 5 stars – they are genuinely enthusiastic!

This was my first stay here. It's not a brand new hotel, but the facilities are still good, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was standard, typical for a business hotel. The front desk service was excellent, and they offer airport drop-off, which makes getting around very convenient. The location is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and there are plenty of small shops nearby, so finding food isn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again.
