Had to use washroom outside. Informed to reception to change room on next day, black indian lady receptionist said, it’s an old building, all commode was same. I have never seen washroom like this before. If you don’t wanna ruin your trip, better to avoid this one."

"An absolute disappointment. They gave me a room that has water leaks from the lighting switchboard, with stains clearly visible, which could only mean it has been leaking for a while. The management used guard wire to tie to the pipe of the shower head to prevent it from falling apart. What puzzle me though, there is no slippers and face towels! I notified the receptionist the next day, she promised to send someone to check on the leaks but to no avail. The leak is there when I am back in the late afternoon. Worst part is, no one clean up my room, slippers & face towel were not being delivered. I approached the reception again, this time he sent someone to clean my room immediately, perhaps sensing my frustration but the leak, well it still leaks and I pray I won't get electrocuted. The iron-board too is damaged. This is definitely the worst boutique hotel I have ever stayed. The only plus side is the room is clean. There are many hotels that are much better than this one, I won't come to stay in this hotel anymore."
