Strong rain shower. Free flow of distilled water. Air-cond needs servicing, it stopped after 1-2hours running with error e6. If you are driving, Waze to St.Giles lobby, multi-level parking entrance just right beside it.

I enjoyed the stay, check in was seamless, location is good. I normally stay here, my only one problem is the rooms don't have good sound isolation. I could hear the room opposite me as well as anyone talking in the corridor.

Room so fresh& nice amenitise for muslim (prayer mat provided), receptionist so kind😄. Room view nice 😍

Good deals. EV charging beside hotel is jom charge, it’s horrible experience. Looking for EV charging then is fine. Hotel is pretty good!

There were cracks in the ceiling, and some drops of water fell onto my bed. At first, I informed the receptionist, but she told me that I would have to stay in the room for one night because the hotel was fully booked. However, I explained that it was impossible to stay in the room as the crack was directly above the bed, and I insisted on changing rooms. Eventually, she agreed to move me to another room. I appreciate that they eventually arranged another room for me, but I was disappointed that I had to insist before the issue was taken seriously.

Good location. Walking distance to Presgrave Street - famous char kuey teow , low noodles, prawn noodles 🍜 😋 etc. Basic Room but the layout of toilet was good. Beds are comfortable. Water dispenser nearby the lift, very convenient. Hairdryer and kettle available in the room.

good location easy to search food and easy to get packaging slot. Nice stay with this hotel, just in front of bus station

Very clean, value for money, near attraction. Staff at counter (Sri) very friendly & helpful. Will come again 😊😍🥰.
