Capri by Fraser Penang

Just stayed at the new Capri by Fraser Penang and loved it. The design is gorgeous, especially the huge arched window in the room facing the city roofs and the beautiful terrazzo bathroom. The location is perfect and right in town. You can easily walk to three malls (Gama, Prangin Mall, 1st Avenue), nearby convenience stores, local food, cafes, and restaurants. There is ongoing LRT construction opposite the hotel (slated for 2030 or later), but it didn't affect the stay. Great facilities (pool, gym, sauna) and I loved the floor water refill stations with the eco-friendly glass bottles provided in the room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Recommended for anyone visiting Penang who wants a fresh, modern, and highly convenient place to stay.

the parking is elevator parking garage and it's was so narrow. the pick up and drop off area only have small & very narrow lane, no waiting area at all! if the guests are expecting a fetch up, u better be there and wait for it. overall the hotel is clean and new, but the price i found is over priced.

Hotel is well equipped with facilities including but not limited to sauna room, pool table, gym + yoga room and a beautiful pool. Our room was extremely clean, spacious and soundproof! We really enjoyed the Norm Micro Roastery coffee bags provided. Shoutout to Halim who welcomed us upon arrival and provided very helpful tips for traveling in Georgetown. Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay. We hope to be back again soon!

The hotel is new, some grab drivers do not know that they can go in and drop us or pick us at the lobby. The room is clean and quite big. The breakfast is a little bit disappointing as there are not many choices for vegetarians or else, it will be perfect.

everything was so clean and atmosphere was amazing love the cleanliness and staff were friendly as well! would recommend the view was great the parking was cool also

Locations are good for travellers in Penang's downtown area. The room is clean and well-designed with functional features. We loved this hotel's common facilities area and the spacious lobby.

Beautiful new hotel and near to all the great food and attractions in George Town. Will visit again after the hotel is officially open with the extension towards the shop houses along the street. My family has an excellent stay. Warm staff as well that welcome you. Thank you 😀

VERY CLEAN & TIDY! Like that water refill station is available at every floor to maintain hydration against the hot weather. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, nearby many delicious food and famous cafes!

Perfect hotel for business travel. The room was incredibly quiet, and the desk workspace was excellent. Smooth check-in made the trip stress-free.
