Location was good, but too noisy. Even people walk passed my room also giving noice, hearing people next room talking, showering…and sometimes just hearing waterfalls, and strange noises. A-bit old too

The check-in process was quick. The reception staff on duty were very friendly. The room was quite okay and clean. Facilities are minimalist. Daily rooms housekeeping are available. The location is quite close to Komtar.

Very nice place to stay, very spacious and clean.
Can wash clothes(washing machine available)
Only a bit far from food centre(need to ride taxi/grab car) other wise a nice place to stay.

Nice place, there are many delicious food nearby the hotel. I recommend the ice cream shop “Swatow Lane” and vegan restaurant “Coo Sweet Bun Vegetarian Restaurant”
